We got a quotation online, then wen to the premises to confirm and explain that we want to book the whole house to hold a 40th birthday celebration, check in early for a set up for our event (we all agreed on that) was no problem on that. we were advised that we must not play music loud especially after hours (21:00) of which we were aware of that. It was so bad that I was unable to stay there. When speaking with Pumza (the owner) about the issues i had I was told that 'they were just my opinion and my opinion does not matter'. I was denied a refund and told that i would be hearing from her lawyers. I believe that the place is grossly misrepresented with pictures online not being anywhere close to the real thing. Despite the gross misrepresentation of the rooms, they were smelly, dark and really not inviting. This is a house run by the most unorganised, unprofessional people I've ever come across. The area is unsafe, industrial area. House is dark and cold. Room looked ok but smelled dirty. My mom and I immediately got onto Internet to book accommodation somewhere else. So. E rooms that were occupied had TV's on very loud. Staff talking very loud at each other. We felt unsafe here.
