Ko-lay Fired-up Chicken — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

I always wanted to visit the establishment and finally got a chance to do so last night(Saturday) my daughter had a Macdonald's meal from nearby on North coast road, and I thought we could sit in with the family and enjoy the entire Kolay experience. Unfortunately the manager said that she could not, since she had the last bits of her burger and Macdonalds cooldrink with her. I asked if she could finish it at the table whilst we waited for our food. He flatly refused! We then decided that we would rather order takeaway instead. He then said that my daughter is not allowed to wait at the counter with us whilst we waited for our takeaway order. He said that the cameras are recording and she's not allowed to be there with food brought from outside. By now the anticipation and eagerness of visiting Kolay, let alone eating their food was completely gone. I told my children to wait in the car whilst the food was being prepared. Do you blame me for not wanting to visit Kolay again? The experience was memorable for the wrong reason. I would rather go elsewhere. As for the food, who cares ? Food was amazing especially the milkshakes was nice and thick kiddies meal was great the chip did not harden at all my som could play and still come back to a nice meal when cold my son loved the playground staff was friendly Its a verry affordable place...

Today my experience was I bought a take away family meal and the meal was not up to standard this was my last time going the meat was burnet tongue extent that my boys couldn't enjoy the meal they just ate for the sake of eating...
