Today what terrible service, at Africaz Chicken Chis Hani branch. Ordered the full chicken special where you have a choice of salad or coleslaw, the cashier states the advertisement is incorrect they are only giving coleslaw with the deal, and also , they are not allowed to make the chicken half hot and half mild only one sauce is allowed. Which was the first time of me hearing that , normally they offer that option to me.The cashier had an attitude of, Basically if I don’t like it I must leave the purchase. Worst Service Ever !!! Took my whole family (30 people) to the restaurant on mother's day to experience the manager being rude and unhelpful ...

We booked in advance for extra table and chairs and then were told to stand and eat as the manger had reserved seats for other customers that didn't come as yet... And we had paid for all our meals...and were served in batches, and no one ate together...

it truly was the worst experience especially on mother's day ... I wouldnt return and don't advice anyone to go here ever... Rather eat at Kolays or Grillers... Food taste way better and...
