See below review from my son. Really unpleasant stay. It's funny that you provide your email address seeing as we sent an email outlining our concerns and it was totally ignored. As for the handle issue, considering the high cost of staying here, I would assume there would be a higher standard, i.e handles on both sides of the door. As for not using pesticides, that's fine but there were ants crawling around in the sugar when we checked in, and ants in the same area in the morning. We stayed at Pumleni the night before the race to the sun. The location was perfect, central and close to everything.||The room was more than we expected. Clean, Neat, and fully equiped for what we needed. The host was friendly, accomodating. He brought us a braai and put it close to our room and he was willing to get up very early the Saturday to collect the keys and open the gate as we had to leave very early for the race. I booked two rooms and was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture of placing us in adjacent rooms. Both rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. While the air conditioning in one room wasn’t quite warming the space effectively despite being set to a high temperature, the thick blanket provided made up for it.
