Lagoon Lodge Guesthouse — Hotel in Milnerton

I always stay at Cotswold House in Cotswold Drive, Milnerton when I travel to South Africa to visit my children and grandchildren but this time around the room I prefer in the main house was occupied during the time I wanted to stay there and I opted to stay in Lagoon Lodge which is still owned by the same person, Bettina. I loved the Lagoon Lodge Penquin suite as it was self-catering if I chose to cater for myself however breakfast was included and of course the cottage / room was attended to every day. I loved the serenity and the fact that I had a lot of privacy when my children or grandchldren came over. Would not recommend. The owner is completely unprofessional, The owner was rude to my family and I after we discussed having day visitors and checking out late (paid extra) she rudely threw us off the property and did it in such an unhumanly manner, she could have discussed it with me privately and I would have told my family to pack up and I would have apologized for any miscommunication, instead she barged in and shouted we all need to leave this was not discussed. We had a wonderful stay at this guest house with our little one. The place was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming for a family traveling with a baby.
