Lion Tree Bush Lodge — Hotel in Nkomazi

This is a very special place!!! My husband and kids (9 and 18) spent the most amazing 5 days in Lion Tree Lodge. The house had everything we needed and more. It's in a beautiful, peaceful cul-de-sac. From the balcony of the house we saw wilderbeest, plenty of buck, giraffe, bush babies and countless birds. Scenery was nice and pleasant. Pool was a blessing to cool down. Cabin was so hot with no AIRCONDITIONING . Nights were brutally uncomfortable with the extreme heat while trying to sleep. Little toilet paper and dish liquid supplied, no clothes horse for wet clothing, no washing machine for the ones that have a longer stay. No frills for the price that we were charged. We loved the elevated rooms, braai area & pool! We attended a 50th in Mejajane & spent an additional night (8 of us - our 'extended' family!) at Lion Tree & loved every minute. Certainly a super venue for bigger groups/families & very competitively priced.
