This is by far the worst experience I've had in any place or any country I've visited. It's anything but a "luxury"accommodation:
The rooms are dirty and old - kitchen barely has any ustensils and they're all bad and old, I have grease stains in my kitchen cabinets, the mattress has blood stains, and rooms are cleaned once a week. One time they took away my towels and did not replace them - I had to wait for the second morning. I also found 2 spiders in my room when I first moved here.
It has no proper insulation - during winter time, it has no heating available so the room would be as cold as sleeping on the street. So I had to buy a heater, BUT I had limited access to electricity so I used my 6 weeks allowance in 5 days which is absolutely ridiculous.
Wifi works less than 30% of the time and when it works it's bad - it's slow and you can only connect 1 device and you have limited data access.
The place is smelly - it is full of pigeons that will keep you up at night and leave their dirt on the windows. It should be called Pigeon Nest not Eagle Nest.
Their night shift receptionist knows nothing - not sure what he's doing there.
There is absolutely 0 sound insultation, if you're neighbors are up, they will keep you up as well.
And I could go on forever - my point is, sleep on the street or in your car but don't book...

You advertise WiFi yet WiFi is not working the TV was not working. Strike 4.
At 12 midnight I and my family where woken up by a loud argument taking place in the reception area. Strike 5
On explaining to the receptionist all this I told him to contact you. You refused to talk to me or honour a refund for the balance so I can cancel the remaining days. Strike 6
I go back to bed and at 1:30 we are awoken to a fire alarm for which I was told it was a false alarm. While the people who your receptionist allowed to book into your establishment who were drunk and disorderly where clearly smoking in their room which I could smell.
I was intruded on 3 times by either staff or patron who came into my room accidently.
You refused to talk to me. I am leaving thie morning and will be leaving this same email on every online system where you advertise. I will sue you for a refund on the merits that I will be protected due to the above under the Consumer Protection Act.

The rooms are stark and cold, only shiny surfaces and one of those wall tile heaters. Very cold. I did not even get basic toiletries like soap or shampoo. Even Road Lodge offers those! . The rate included dinner, bed and breakfast. Dinner turns out that you must order from a few designated take aways. Mine arrived an hour later, not what I ordered and nothing to drink! TV face was scratched, which didn't really matter because the signal was patchy. There seems to be a general lack of attendance all round. No staff in attendance at breakfast, one small jug of milk to serve about twenty guests so one kept having to go into the kitchen to ask the cook for stuff. He was the only staff member present.
