Boutique Villa Guesthouse — Hotel in Somerset West

Safety & Trust are two vital elements when staying in any accommodation, and yet both of these elements were broken when staying at Boutique Villa Guesthouse - Somerset West.

Within the first day of staying at the accommodation my jewelry was removed from the locked safe and all packed clothes were thrown into our bags from our checked in room as they had double booked the room we were staying in.

Without my knowledge or consent the accommodation took it upon themselves to move me out of my room into another room.

My facial products that were not closed during the moving process had now leaked all over the clothes that had been packed into bags, now creased an ruined.

I still have clothes, jewelry and other personal items missing from this ordeal and would highly recommend no...

It is seldom to check into accommodation that makes you feel at home like BV does.||Being an early riser (very!) I find it difficult to wait until breakfast for a cup of Filter Coffee.However all guests have access to the kitchen at all hours which is such a win ! A stunning venue with excellent rooms. Spacious rooms with beautiful views and comfortable lounge area and bathroom. Very clean and neat.
