This time we stayed at the Cottage by Reception. Its quiet, relaxing and safe. some view of the mountain and garden. private pool. staff are amazing - helpful. Property is very well maintained, manicured gardens, cleaned on the inside. PS: there is no cleaning service during ur stay unless it’s requested and I think its an additional costs. Cottage have its own wash machine and dryer as well as dishwasher. Guards on duty 24/7 plus there is armed response monitoring the area. alarm system that works. We stay at La Felicita every Dec and if we do visit in the year we sneak in a visit or so. We love this establishment. We were fortunate few years back when new owners just took over the manager gave us a tour of All the properties and each unit is unique, warm and cosy. We’ve stayed on the 3 properties (different units each time, so far each unit is amazing. All the properties have wash machine, dryer and dishwasher (some of the properties these appliances are either laundry room or its in the unit). Note if u stay in a unit with an indoor fire place its just there and not to be used for the safety of the property from catching alight and burning down. The units with fire places some have wood floors as u can imagine a spark can easily set the place on fire. We didn’t walk out of the property at night but it’s certainly all seems safe inside the property. Just some remarks made by other reviewers we didn’t experience any displeasure considering we regularly return to this...

We arrived spontaneously very last minute in the Somerset West area and we were desperately looking for a place to stay while it was already getting late. This is because the previous places we had expected to go to did not meet our expectations so we decided that we must look around for something better.

Fortunately, we stumbled upon La Felicita and we were able to check in and receive excellent service at the last minute. This was definitely appreciated and we received a friendly welcome and a guided tour at the last minute. Therefore , it demonstrated to us that they are willing to go above and beyond in service of their (potential) customers, even though we had not booked yet and were arriving quite late. We were easily able to sort out the payment and get comfortable in our rooms after being shown around by one of the staff.

Although not ideally located, this property boasts very safe accommodation with good security measures and being situated away from areas that seem less secure.

Overall, the property itself was excellent, with lavish and spacious living. I mostly have positive things to say about...

I recently was in site here for a short visit to a group staying there. I was there for a few hours but I must say I was highly impressed with this venue. The accomation is absolutely beautiful and exquisite. The premises is beautifully mainted with a few pools on site amd the view of the ocean and the town below with the mountains in the background makes this a spectacular destination. The air was crisp, clear and fresh. I sat outside even though it was windy and really enjoyed the surroundings. I did not sleep over but will definitely consider this venue as a future holiday destination. This is ideal for family groups or any other sort of group booking. Company retreat or even for a team building weekend away. I just loved that they provide catering for groups as well as the units being self-catering units. All round well maintained and clean venue. I was really impressed and decided people ought to know about...
