Spider in the bath and bed. Something crawled down my ear in the middle of the night and i had to go to the doctor the next day to get it removed. Dusty floor. Broken plug point. Elianthe is a beautiful boutique hotel in an old homestead built in 1826 in the town of Swellendam, South Africa. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, with huge beds and en suite bathroom/shower. The rooms have wooden shutters, old timber ceilings and floors covered by beautiful rugs. Despite it being the middle of winter, we were all toasty warm under thick duvets.
