Relates to "Family Room", Broken door latch on entry, L Shaped living sleeping area has only one light fitting leaving kitchen area dark, no bedside tables or lamps, lack of plugs, completely worn out mattress, no curtains on rails in bathroom, tiny shower which has one single fitting in it which is loose and broken, note the TV is a small box unit with alternate satellite TV not DSTV, now waiting 6 months for refund as we paid everything in advance. Would not recommend it at all. Made a booking on hotels. Com and when i arrived at the destination i called them and they tell me they have no place after i paid the full amount and had to find a new place to stay at 4pm the afternoon. I am still waiting for them to pay back the money... This is totally unacceptable and they should remove...
