This hotel is not in the entire building. Avenue hotel is 9th and 10th floors. The multi storey building has few other hotels too. So new comers will find bit difficult to identify the entrance to this hotel. The convinence store "nice to CU' is at the ground floor. The entrance to the hotel behind this store.
The staff at the entrance were very supportive and informative.
The sea view from the lobby/ sit tout are next to the reception was good.
Rooms were clean and neat.
We booked sea view (partially) rooms. We have a very fantastic morning everyday. Sipping tea while facing the sea is an awesome experience.
There were programs in the Gwangalli beach everyday evening.
Evenings were memorable for us when we walked around the hotel. The entire area was lit beautifully.
The scenic view of Gwangalli bridge or the long beach ornthe well lit buildings in that area have made our trip to Busan memorable.
Countless number of eateries in this area have given us variety of options for different cuisines.

It sounds like the sky is farting, or sounds like there are construction workers up a couple levels drilling into the walls. Also, our particular room has a loud bathroom fan. It gets louder as you shower, until it sounds like a drill sound. It's fine after you shower and turn it off, but it can be unpleasant to shower to a vibrating drill sound. Again it seems like it's the same metal material that carries sound very well. Or perhaps I should say sound bounces off the material and travels around. I agree with all the comments about bad soundproofing. If you are a sensitive sleeper, perhaps avoid this hotel. If not, the view is great and love the big windows. Just wished they used different material when building it. The consistent wind sounds at night is...
Read moreI will definitely recommend H Avenue Hotel in Busan, South Korea. It’s in a great location full of restaurants, shops, and bars, with an amazing view of the beach and Gwangan Bridge. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Note that the hotel doesn’t offer toiletries, so make sure to bring your own.I booked through Trip.com, and they offer a free welcome glass of wine, which is a nice plus. The bar has a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the delicious breakfast they offer or some drinks while you enjoy the breeze and the stunning view. The service is great, and they speak English, which is a significant advantage for foreigners. Thank you, H Avenue Hotel. I will recommend this hotel...
