A Comfortable Stay with a Hiccup

Hillside Hotel in Busan offers a pleasant and comfortable stay, with clean facilities and friendly staff. However, my experience was slightly marred by a minor issue upon arrival.

Initial Setback: When I first arrived, the allocated rooms were not yet cleaned. This was a minor inconvenience, but it did create some initial frustration. After waiting for a while, we were offered an alternative room, which unfortunately was also not clean. This process of moving from room to room was a bit inconvenient, especially as the rooms were located on the 8th floor.

Redeeming Features: Fortunately, the third room we were assigned was clean and comfortable. The room was well-appointed, with clean linens, comfortable beds, and a modern bathroom. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

I stayed this hotel(Motel) twice. First trip on March,2016 and Sep, 2016.||As you see on the picture, I has a nice white design and spacious room. ||For my first stay, I was assigned exactly same room on the picture. ||It was trip with 2 friends, and I searched room with 3 beds. ||I was assigned on 8F, and room was renovated, clean, neat..I was very impressed. ||||Second visit, It was short biz trip. Since I was so impressed with a hotel on first visit, ||I decided to stay at this property. It was disaster. ||Front Desk assigned me on 3 floor, which was not RENOVATED AT ALL. ||It was very small and Not Clean at all. ||Very Very disappointed. It seemed to me that bed was 50 years old. ||||Please keep that in mind that Not all the rooms are renovated, ||and they assigned you in old room even though there are plenty of vacant room||on...

My overall experience here was good. Me and my colleagues stated here for one night after sign-off. Rooms were cleaned and all required amenities were available in the room. Coming to the price cap it was a budget friendly hotel. Only draw back is it’s located on hill. So for any transportation one should walk down the hill approx 5 min walk. Hotel staff were very helpful and they’ve guided us to explore the nearby area as well.
