The park itself is ok. We went in winter so lots of the plants were just not super vibrant but the democracy park monument building has some pretty excellent art inside as well as the actual monument itself.
The view from the park is also amazing it's about on par with the height of Busan tower. On a clear day you can see very far out. And it makes for good photos.
