Hotel Gray — Hotel in Busan

I was only here for the one night but they managed to impress me more than I have been in places I have stayed in for over 2 weeks. ||On arrival, I was greeted with smiles and made to feel very welcome. I was given a free upgrade to a bigger room for free because the guy who was booking me in thought I had too much luggage for the room I had booked. ||I was checked in speedily and then directed to my room. On entering the room I was greeted by a clean, tidy and stylish room. The room was full of useful technology and came with free and very good air con. The bathroom was just as impressive and clean.||The room also comes complete with any toiletries that you could think of! Everything is catered for. Down to a spare toothbrush! ||I had a comfortable nights sleep with no noise. ||On checking out I was greeted in the same manner as I was checked in with, also the same guy. I asked if he would be able to call me a taxi to my destination, to which he replied that would be no problem.||5 minutes later he turns up and ushers me to the street, he brought round his own car and drove me the short journey to my destination, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. ||All of this was done with a smile and a bow at the end. I can not recommend this place enough, the service goes over and above anything, I have actually experienced before. If I ever find myself in Busan again, this will be my first port of call!!!! ||Do yourself a favour and book here, you'll not regret it! ||Thank you...

The hotel deserves better than 2.5 stars. Hotel is clean, has all the basic necessities. Room size is spacious enough & bed is comfortable.|Floor is warm even in winter.||Location is perfect, with few minutes walk to Choryang station. There is a convenient store just down the road & many restaurants nearby.|Busan Station is a further 10 min walk if you do not mind the distance. ||Limited variety to breakfast but is ok. Sandwiches with coffee or orange juice.||Also please consider to provide a full length mirror.||Want to say a special thank you to the owner, who drove 3 of us to the Busan station when he saw us with 2 big luggages in the afternoon. ||Direction to hotel:|Exit 12 of Choryang station, Turn Right when exit out of station, walk short distance to the CU convenient store & in front of the T-junction, you will see Hotel Gray diagonally...

Gray Hotel was great! It was close to Busan station, 800m, it’s walkable for adults, Mcdonalds, bakery, coffee shops are along the way. Also, many other stations and bus stops in 1-3 minutes away. Many restaurants are just outside the hotel. More importantly, I impressed with the details they thought about visitors. Double room had two TV, two air conditioners, heated mattrass, smart toilet, big bathroom and it was exactly same as in the photo. Moreover, Gray hotel provided hair spray, lotion, ear cleaners, face foam cleanser, sanitary pads for women, sponge for body was etc apart from shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Amazed how many detailed things it provided everyday. We stayed at very expensive hotel in Seoul and The Gray Hotel was so much better than this Seoul hotel. Highly...
