Urbanstay Busan City hall 어반스테이 부산 시청 — Hotel in Busan

Urbanstay Busan City Hall is in a great location, it is 30 seconds from a subway entrance which gives very easy to access to both the airport, the beach and other key areas of the city.

The apartment itself was smart, modern and had excellent facilities. My only hesitation with it was that the combined toilet/shower wetroom was very small with no barrier between the two so it's hard to take a shower without soaking both the toilet and the floor around it.

They have luggage storage in the basement and coded locks on the doors, the whole thing is self service so you are unlikely to meet staff but when I had to message them they responded quickly and were helpful and polite.

The downside of the self service is that you have what you have when you arrive and there did not seem to be any extra bin bags or anything I could find (and the bins were tiny), so if you are the sort of person who needs to have other people clean the room, make the beds and give you fresh towels daily a more traditional hotel would be better for you.

The price was very fair and given my experience I would highly recommend this to any solo or couple travelling who want to visit the city and don't mind being mostly independent...

The room is nice but the service is terrible, we can only communicate by e-mail, we ask for coffee capsules many times, fresh towels after 3 days but only got new hand towels. We ask to get fresh bed sheets after 3 days stay but no answer. We ask what to do with the trash, they told us to bring to 1 floor but when we did do the person there did not let us dispose our trash bag. We ask for a broom to clean the room we got nothing. We booked 6 days , 5 night in this location. But no refreshing of bedsheets or bath towels. The balcony had no view at all, just a ugly wall directly if front of the balcony, also was so dirty on this balcony, bird poo, dirt & dust. We had no more toiler paper the last day, no more internet last 2 days for our room. It was not a good experience. Nobody is available at from desk, not possible to call a service number to talk to or ask questions. Only possible by e-Mail. Not advisable for...

Il n’est pas du tout adapté à un long séjour. Bien que neuf dans un immeuble récent. Quelques points positifs : climatisation, tv avec YouTube, lit confortable. Cependant, Nous n’avions que 4 serviettes pour tout le séjour. Ce qui est juste même avec une machine à laver. Nous n’avons pas eu assez de papier toilette et de gel douche. Il était impossible de jeter nos déchets alimentaires! Un gardien au premier étage nous empêchait de jeter, bien que nos déchets étaient correctement triés selon les règles de l’établissement. On comprend qu’il faut des sacs spéciaux pour les jeter qui ne nous ont pas été fournis ni dans le logement ni dans la résidence. Les informations sur le tri ne sont pas correctement fournies nous avons du chercher sur internet les règles en corée. Le gardien était aussi désagréable avec nous « touristes occidentaux » que avec les autres locataires coréens. La rue est donc pleine de déchets. Après avoir envoyé un message à l’établissement, on me dit que je peux jeter mes déchets au premier étage et que le gardien a eu peur que nous jetions mal car nous sommes étrangers. On nous mène en bateau. On leurs dit donc que nous laisserons nos déchets triés dans l’appartement. Imaginez le nombre de sacs et l’odeur dans le logement à notre départ…. Nous avions une vue sur un mur et un balcon très sale. Il est indiqué qu’il est interdit de cuire de la viande et du poisson sur la plaque de cuisson… à quoi sert t’elle du coup?! Il n’y a bien sûr aucun condiment : sel, huile, poivre, juste deux cafés offerts. La vaisselle est extrêmement petite et il n’y a que deux mini assiettes. Il est interdit de fumer sur les balcons, les locataires fument donc dans la rue devant et jettent leurs mégots au sol! Le ménage est payant et le prix pas mentionné. Vous n’avez rien pour faire le ménage dans l’appartement (même pas un balai). En cherchant plus d’informations sur ces conditions que je trouve hallucinantes j’ai trouvé des commentaires qui dénonçaient les mêmes problèmes que le mien sur d’autres plateformes.
