When we arrived, we asked the concierge if where the receptionist was and if we could check in as the receptionist was not at the front desk. He simply told us check in is only at 3pm and then dismissed us as he went to a room at the back. It was 12pm. Where were we supposed to place our luggages? Were we expected to wait at the front desk until 3pm comes around? Are we able to check in early? After a while he came back out of the rooms at the back (not to attend to anyone) and we asked him again where the receptionist was as we wanted to check in early and he showed us a button we could press on the front desk table. (Thanks a lot!) Afterwards, we asked the receptionist for some solutions and we were indeed able to check in early (and not at 3pm. which we were misinformed about). The workers truly did not care and seemed very eager to dismiss us and go back to the room in the back(?) They also gave us the impression that they weren’t friendly to foreigners. Read moreThe hotel was good for ski in and ski out. We appreciated the warm floors and the space. Floor mattresses could have been thicker. Sofa was hard. If the hotel says they provide towels, then they should specify that they are the size of hand towels, not bath towels. Guests are expected to sort and dispose garbage but the refuse room was not well maintained. For the entire condo there were only two washing machines and two dryers. I would expect a ski resort to have more. We had a nice stay but it was basic...

Was a rather big one though, two rooms, a living and dining with small kitchen. Complete with appliances but no bottled water provided.
We stayed here hoping to be able to ski, but as the weather was too warm for the snow to build up, we didn't get to...so it became a below average hotel stay that is 3 hours away from Seoul...
