My best friend and I traveled to Jeju Island in August of 2017, last minute we made reservations to spend half of our time in Seogwipo and Jeju City. We found the hotel easily with our GPS. It is tucked back from the main road and still boasts a great view of the ocean. ||It is conveniently located near a Starbucks! The breakfast was a decent spread of Korean food and American options. Our stay at Pampas Hotel Jeju was underwhelming, due to the terrible service. While the room itself was average (nothing special but acceptable), the front desk staff provided the worst service we’ve ever encountered.
The receptionist was unhelpful and unfriendly to our needs. Whether checking in or asking simple questions, the attitude was lazy and unprofessional, which completely ruined our impression of the hotel.

Read moreWe stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, right after landing and right before flying back to Seoul. The hotel is clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff is really nice and helful. However, in our first room, the kettle and AC didnt work well. Also, you have to know going from the airport to the hotel is harder than it seems. Some buses do the trip but you cant fully relly on buses at Jeju. So i recommend getting another hotel if you have a flight early in the morning or your arrival is late in the day.
