Hey dude! Do you like hit the slopes? Yes, this ski resort is one of awesome places in Korea. My family love this ski resort!
It has several epic slopes for skiers from beginner to advanced. Many restaurants with different menus in the food court are also satisfying its customers. Further, they operate foreigner ticket booth for their convenience. Pretty good, right?
At ticket office, you can buy lift tickets, actually a plastic card, for 3, 5, 7 hours, and also buy ski or board rental tickets as well.
If you want to have ski rental service, you have to prepare your smartphone to scan a QR code. Verification code will be sent, and Input your height and weight.
To use lockers and vending machines for drinks, I recommend you to prepare several KRW500 coins in advance. They have several credit card supported lockers/vending machines as well, but sometimes it is not easy to use, I mean, not intuitive, verification failure, coin is easy.
For your information, its snow maintenance starts from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. So, for that period, you cannot use the ski slopes for safety reasons.
Since this ski resort is one of the nearest ones from Seoul, many locals and foreigners are enjoying his/her ski there. You can easily hear Chinese all around.
Personally speaking, if you wish to teach your kids how to ski, I suggest you to visit Oak Valley, which has easy slope, l mean lower slope, because it has less...

This is our first trip to Korea Ski Park, Vivaldi Park Ski World. Not what we expected from what we read and heard from the reviews, family and friends. We felt a bit shortchanged in terms of the ski facility and mall options
We have been to other ski resort with with sub zero temperature and real powdery snow ❄️ fall. I would say this is not what we anticipated. The snow here is man made and is in ice form instead of powdery snow.
Mall shops and food options are very limited, the nearest alternative is probably 15-20 minutes drive away and transportation here can be quite a challenge. The temperature right now is around 10 degrees plus minus.
Food quality served in the cafe and good courts are below average. We have been to a better ski resort with much better and authentic local food served.
Not recommend for ski lovers or family wanted to enjoy a real winter ❄️☃️ holiday...
Read moreVisited on 10/02. TICKETS AND INFO: It's easy to find a place to buy tickets, there are tickets for 3h, 5h and 7h, I bought the 5h ticket, with the equipment, the total was 121,000 won. Information employees don't know english. EQUIPMENT: very safe and in good condition, the boot is a bit uncomfortable, but I believe it has to be that way for safety. PARK AND STAFF: the park is huge, it has several areas for you to enjoy, it has a ramp and cable cars to access the highest part and ski down. The staff are friendly, but if you ask for simple instructions (e.g. how to stop skiing) they won't know how to answer you. There aren't instructors. FOOD AREA AND BATHROOMS: Wide variety of food, bakeries, market,...
