Golden Beachfront Oasis & Pool | 5 ★ Holiday Apartment — Hotel in Arona

We stayed at Marko's apartment for a week and loved it! The view from the apartment is beyond words - sunrises, mountains and the beautiful ocean!! Had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The decor is fun and lively. Lots of great restaurants and markets within walking distance. Parking right out front. The best part is Montana Amarilla right outside the door! And of course the beautiful ocean. We hiked up the mountain most mornings and loved all the walking trails in this beautiful national park. Swimming and hanging out on the rocks was amazing. Marko is a wonderful host. He made it so easy to check in with very well thought-out videos with clear instructions for everything from checking in to how to use the washing machine, as well as a booklet of great information including restaurant recommendations. Communication was easy and fast. The complex itself is quiet and very nice. We didn't use the pool, but it looked great! We rented a car for the week, and saw most of the island - great roads! We were torn between two places and chose this one based on the great feedback about the hosts. Marko goes above and beyond from the helpful directions/check-in video to the welcome video which has info on anything you need to use in the apartment, and he was very quick to respond to messages. Everything worked perfectly (TV, air fryer, microwave). The apartment was a good size for our group (3 adults) and with lovely decor and aesthetics. The kitchen has everything you need. We hired a car and I would recommend this to get around - parking outside the complex was not an issue. The complex itself is a little dated and the pool area offers no shade from the sun but was nice to have a dip and cool off. The pool wasn’t busy when we were there, so was a nice spot to sit and relax. Absolutely the best organized vacation rental we have ever been to! From the pre-arrival information to the smooth check-in process, everything is well thought out. Marko also provides tips around the apartment, accompanied by tutorial videos, which was really awesome and I think should be obligatory for every Airbnb listing. This place is great for couples and families. The apartment was clean and beautifully furnished, exactly like in the pictures. We did short walks on Montana Amarilla before breakfast (steps from the apartment) and finished the day with a cocktail at Mana Nui Bar (Tip: try the Passion Fruit Caipirinha) here on the beach right in front of the apartment.
