Mson — Restaurant in Barcelona

I ve been to MSON in Arenys de Mar, Barcelona. I can tell it was a mess. The waiter forgot to bring the water and the olives. I remembered her about half an hour later and she didn't even apologised or anything. So I didn't actually need the olives anymore because I finished already the food meanwhile. Another thing is that we ask for toasted bread with tomato. The bread was no toasted and was pretty bad. We asked for a hamburger and what we got was a piece of meat on a plate(no hamburger bread, no vegetables, no nothing...) A MESS And the fish... very oily and...

A restaurant we stopped by at was no longer serving food, so the owner recommended us Mson. The food here was very flavourful and the waiter did his best to serve us with our non-existent Spanish.

The fried squid was not crispy like you’d expect, but the actual squid was very tender and not rubbery. The clams came in a garlicky sauce that my family really enjoyed; we asked for bread to mop it up. Our last order was the paella, which was pretty big for a two-person serving (£12.50 per person). Steak had alot of fat and oil. All meat dishes lacked flavour. - Ribs and steak. Patata was served with large bits of salt and so was too salty at times. Wings were slightly overcooked. Salad was a very big portion and really tasty. Presentation of food was good. Customer service was good. Sangria was perfect too. We wouldn't recommend this place for food as we were not satisfied and felt the food...
