Hotel El Cisne Verde — Hotel in Córdoba

We booked a two night stay at this hotel mainly because of the price but also because of the parking. Hotels in the centre of Cordoba seldom have parking available because of the narrow streets. It was easy to find and we parked in the street outside. The hotel is located in a barrio built in the 80s with several local bars and few tourists. It is about a 20 minute walk into the city centre. We checked in early at midday and was surprised how clean and comfortable our room was. Breakfast was 1.70 euros and menu del dia in local bars about 6 euros. The staff, cleanliness and price were great but if you are looking for a hotel with character features this is not the place. It is simple...

We stayed here last summer for a couple of days. The bar/restaurant was cheap and had delicious food with great service. Our room was clean when we got there and the beds were comfortable. The location isn't exactly in the city centre but there are multiple buses you can take to get any where around Cordoba. Close by there's a park named Ciudad de los niños (city of the children), you have to pay to get in but it's an amazing park and recommended if travelling with family. Overall, I would return here but not for long stays or in summer as you have the issue of no pool and it can get pretty...

Para no volver. Nos alojamos en el hotel y por dónde empezar… la habitación en planta baja pegada a recepción, se oía absolutamente todo, tanto de la recepción como de la gente que pasaba por la calle (como si estuvieran en la habitación), no había persianas, eran unas cortinas que no llegaban a tapar la ventana por completo ni mucho menos, además al haber una farola justo en la ventana se traducía en luz las 24h del día. La habitación era para personas de movilidad reducida y gracias a dios que no lo éramos porque la puerta del baño había que empujarla con fuerza para abrirla. Para colmo al meterme en la cama encuentro una uña dentro de las sábanas… Y toda esta maravillosa experiencia por 90€ la noche??? en una ubicación normalita y un hotel que está viejo y pidiendo reforma urgente encuadrado en un bloque de pisos de los años 50. Un desastre la verdad.

Añado un comentario a la respuesta emitida por el propietario: Siento que además de ofrecer un servicio pésimo no tengan la humildad y autocrítica necesaria para ser un buen hostelero. La otra reseña que se realizó en otra plataforma es de mi compañero de trabajo y estamos ambos en perfecto derecho de mostrar nuestra disconformidad ya que ambos nos hemos hospedado en su hotel. Por otra parte dice usted que es difícil que tantos errores ocurran a la vez, yo también lo pensaba hasta que fui a su hotel (es decir, que ud. mismo pensaría que es una estancia desastrosa), pero no hay ni media mentira ni exageración en NADA de lo que reseñé. Si a ustedes les sirve autoengañarse y agarrarse al argumento de que son lo más barato de la ciudad para seguir dando el pésimo servicio que dan… lo siento...
