We stayed in this hotel in 2018 and back then it was dated, it’s sad to see that nothing has been completed to bring the hotel into 2024. The pool was the best feature but that had the lights falling off and leaks over the perimeter wall every day. The slabs around the pool are all lifting and also uneven. It is a true shame as this hotel and location has incredible potential.
The rooms again are very dated, aircon is ineffective and also smells. Balcony woodwork also needs attention as voids and damp have been filled with expanding foam. This isn’t good enough and the handrails are not safe.
We stayed on the top floor, good thing was we had zero ants, bad thing was the dangerous handrails (felt they was going to fall apart)
The good parts…. Incredible staff especially the lady who runs the snack bar, although she needs an extra pair of hands during the busy season!
Sister hotel again the staff are great even catered for our son who has food intolerances. Each day we was made to feel incredibly welcome and was given a full rundown of the food and the ingredients. This was great service!
Evening entertainment needs some thought though. The magician was mediocre, and the volume was way too high for such a small place.
I really loved this hotel but sadly unless some repairs are undertaken immediately I can only suggest people avoid it. There is better value for money within...
Read moreWas good for a cheap self catering holiday, the pool area was nice and quiet and always sunbeds and umbrellas available, however the sister hotel with the children's pool was always full. The apartments I have to say looked better on the pictures and are a little dated especially the kitchen/bathroom and living room areas, we actually got lucky and got a terrace not a balcony which was lovely, we asked for a cot, which was very old and broken on one side. There was lots of ants in the apartment, even though we kept everything in the fridge like the signs said, it didn't really bother us and I'm not really sure how they can resolve this issue. There was also mould on the living room curtains. The food at the sister hotel isla pariso was excellent and I would definitely recommend visiting at least one evening. The supermarket is just down the road near the sister hotel it is a little expensive but it's a quiet area with not much competition. The beaches were lovely and not far to walk, we didn't realise at first but you can walk the road way if walking left out of reception, we used the steps by the sister hotel first and with the pram it was hard work. If you turn right from reception there are some lovely restaurants with great views within a 5 minute walk. We ate out every evening and had some lovely food. All in all a good base for a holiday with a...
Read moreGreat stay, but terrible check-in/out times and useless Wi-Fi
We recently stayed at Seth Sa Mirada in Menorca, and overall, it was a lovely experience. The apartment was exactly as expected — clean, well-located, organized, and truly spotless. The hotel is well-maintained and provides a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing.
However, two things really stood out in a negative way: the check-in time is ridiculously late, and the check-out is way too early. It honestly felt like we lost part of our stay due to how limited the usable time was.
Another major downside: if you need a reliable internet connection, forget it. The Wi-Fi is extremely weak and unstable — even basic tasks like checking maps or making online bookings were a challenge.
Despite these issues, we’d still recommend the hotel for its comfort and location — just be aware of the time constraints and the poor internet if those things...
