Very nice hotel - located at the beach, an hour and a half away from Valencia station with PT. I had the luxury room with panoramic ocean view from the bed and a separate bath tub. Clean towels daily and my sheets were even changed during my 5 day stay. Nice terrace to sit with pool and ocean view. Breakfast was very good - lots of choices hot, cold, cereals, juices, fruits and sweets and still plenty even if you’re sleeping in - Friendly and affordable roomservice. I went by myself as a self care retreat and enjoyed it a lot. Only minus was clearly hearing my neighbors “having fun”, I’m guessing the walks are a bit thin ;) overall a very pleasant stay and was pleasantly surprised with nice weather too in beginning of February.

Amazing hotel! Well deserved four star hotel⭐️ Rooms are very big and bright, amazing beach view and very friendly staff. But what got me the most was the breakfast. A big choice of gluten free products and a big choice of vegan breakfast including plant based milk. The cost for breakfast is 15e but it is worth it for sure. The only minus was that when I was checking in, the guy at the reception said that there is no gluten free breakfast available. The staff (especially the receptionist) must know these very important details. Other then that Amazing place and I definitely recommend it.

Had an amazing experience. Magnificent views along the coast, high quality service, and amazing price. The people who work there, at the reception, at the bar and the restaurant were very kind. Meals were great and there was lots of variety. We originally booked Bed & Breakfast, but we ended up having lunch and dinner several times. There was also a dance show in the main lounge on one night which was amazing! The dance team put so much effort. Probably the best hotel experience we've ever had.

We stayed at Hotel RH Bayren & Spa for five nights in July 2021. The hotel, being on Gandia’s beachfront, is in an excellent location. Despite staying in a Bay room, we had a lovely sea view. We also spent a day at UNIQ (the highest floor of the hotel and with an infinity pool); the view was equally gorgeous. Most of the bar, lobby and restaurant staff were attentive and very friendly. The evening animation was impressive.

Unfortunately, the hotel has many problems. Firstly, upon arrival, we were received by a very hostile Reception team. This hostility remained for the duration of our stay. We were not provided with any of the usual information that you would expect to receive when you arrive at a hotel. We had to discover everything as we went along. Additionally, even though I informed the Reception team, on the first day, that the safe in our room was not working, and was, resultantly, informed that it would be fixed the same day, the safe was never fixed. Furthermore, despite being able to speak Spanish, it was very difficult for me to ask the Reception team any questions. On at least five occasions, when in the queue, individual members of staff finished serving those in front of us, and although they, then, made eye-contact with me, they went to the back and did not return for several minutes.

Secondly, since the vast majority of those staying at the hotel were Hispanic, some members of staff, overtly, interacted with us (arriving from England), with considerably less enthusiasm.

Thirdly, when booking our stay, I was informed that our room would be ready by 11am on the day of our arrival. When we arrived at the hotel at 12.15pm, we were informed that the room would not be ready until 4pm. Though this, in itself, was not an issue, a member of the Reception team took my mobile number, informing me that I would receive a phone call (around 4pm) when the room was ready. Sadly, I never received this call, and I had to return and ask about the room around 5pm.

Fourthly, our room was extremely dirty (this, irrespective of the pandemic). For example, there was hair all over the floor, multiple stains on the bed frame, mould in the bathroom and large amounts of dust on the furniture. I spent an hour cleaning the room. Likewise, the room was never cleaned. It was simply tidied up to appear neat on the surface. Moreover, towels and bed sheets were never changed, and the bin was never emptied.

Finally, the food was appalling. On one occasion, the chicken was still raw (after being cooked), on another, the rice was severely undercooked. The selection of food was also poor. There were hardly any vegetarian dishes, and no vegetarian and vegan sections. On each of the five dinners that we had, pork was cooked with, and placed in the same serving dish as the beef, lamb or chicken, rendering it impossible for those who do not eat pig to eat any meat. The dining room staff worked inefficiently too. We had to, repeatedly, ask for missing items, e.g., cutlery, drinking glasses and placemats. It would be in the hotel managers’ best interests to rectify these problems. Overall, we would not recommend Hotel RH...

Hotel Bayern offers an exquisite day experience centered around its infinite pool that leaves guests in awe and warrants a five-star rating. This sublime oasis seamlessly merges relaxation, gastronomy, and panoramic views into an unforgettable experience.

The infinite pool operates from Monday to Friday, ensuring a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere. For a rate of 150 euros for two people for the entire day, guests are granted access to a well-curated selection of amenities. The value is unquestionably present, considering the many services and experiences included in the price.

The gastronomy at Hotel Bayern is impressive, starting with a delightful breakfast that perfectly sets the tone for the day. From 11 o'clock onwards, guests can indulge in an open buffet teeming with diverse dishes. The variety and quality of food were remarkable, accommodating different culinary preferences easily.

One must mention its breathtaking view to discuss the Hotel Bayern's infinite pool. The vast, uninterrupted panorama afforded by the pool's edge truly gives a sense of infinity and makes for a memorable visual experience. It's a perfect backdrop for relaxing swims or casual lounging.

The staff at Hotel Bayern contributes significantly to the overall experience. Their friendly and accommodating nature made our day even more pleasant. They were attentive without being intrusive, striking the perfect balance of excellent service.

The only hiccup experienced was due to a particularly windy day, which was beyond the hotel's control. However, this did little to diminish the overall enjoyment and relaxation provided by the venue.

In summary, the infinite pool day experience at Hotel Bayern is spectacular. Its unrivaled views, exceptional food offerings, and warm service provide an unbeatable combination of luxury and relaxation. Despite the whims of the weather, this five-star venue offers a glorious escape that exceeds...

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and left with big smiles (and probably a few extra pounds from all the amazing food). Everything was spot-on — from the spotless, comfy room to the sparkling clean pool. The staff were wonderfully attentive, and the food was excellent every single day. The maids who looked after our room deserve a raise, and the pool guy might just be the hardest working person we’ve ever seen — always zooming around fixing things, finding spare sunbeds, and magically producing umbrellas during the busy hours.||The beach was spotless, and the short stroll to get there was an absolute joy. We loved that the place had a real Spanish holiday vibe — lots of local families and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The cocktails at the pool bar were a highlight: tasty, generous, and at around €10 each, not too bad for hotel prices.||It was high season, so yes, sometimes finding a pool chair was a bit of a sport, but the pool guy’s speed made it almost entertaining. The only minor downside was that the internet could be a tad sluggish — but honestly, we weren’t here to stream movies; we were too busy enjoying ourselves.||This isn’t the cheapest hotel, but the quality, service, and atmosphere make it worth every euro. We’re already planning our...
