Although we requested a room with a walk-in shower and suitability for someone with mobility problems this did not occur. When checking in with our group, that had pre-ordered approximately 35 rooms, the majority of the room keys, electrical programming, were unable to open the hotel rooms. In our own case we returned no less than three times to reception to get the cards reprogrammed. This commotion took more than an hour to rectify during which time the hotel staff were extremely blasé with their reactions I interpret this to indicate this instant had often previously occurred. We stayed for one night at this Hotel. It looked shabby and unkept from first impression but as it was a busy holiday period we didn’t have a lot of choice. Our Room had one small window overlooking the roof. Very depressing. The room looked like it hadn’t been used for a while. It was dusty & smelt like it had not had any ventilation for sometime. When I pulled up the linen from the bed there were crusty bugs! The decor was old as was the linen. The WiFi was very slow. The pillows were dreadfully uncomfortable that my husband & I both awoke with sore necks & a headache. Definitely over priced & not up to 4...
