I recently had the displeasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was the most nightmarish experience I have ever had at a hotel. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by an overwhelming sense of disappointment. Here's why you should steer clear of this hotel:

Filthy and Unsanitary Conditions: The cleanliness of this hotel was appalling. The rooms were dirty, with stains on the carpets and sheets that seemed to have been unchanged for weeks. The bathroom was a breeding ground for mold and mildew, with a foul smell that made it unbearable to use.

Rude and Unhelpful Staff: The staff were incredibly unprofessional and discourteous. They displayed a complete lack of empathy and seemed disinterested in providing any kind of assistance. I encountered numerous instances where my simple requests were met with indifference or outright hostility.

Noisy and Uncomfortable Environment: Despite requesting a quiet room, I was constantly disturbed by loud noises coming from neighboring rooms and the hallway. The walls were paper-thin, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. The uncomfortable beds and lumpy pillows only added to the overall misery.

Overpriced and Poor Value for Money: Considering the deplorable conditions and lack of basic amenities, the prices charged by were exorbitant. It felt like a blatant rip-off, as there was no value for money whatsoever.

Me and my partner decided to do a cheap getaway and we came across this hotel, the first problem we had was that they declined our late check in at 11PM but this was due to our flight landing at 10PM so this made us worry a little bit but we thought we would still go to the hotel and see if they late us stay, thankfully they did! however as we was checking in they had told us we hadn’t paid, even though we had proof of money coming out of bank and the booking.com confirmation, so at this point we was tired and just decided to pay again, we had actually ended up paying double (£168 twice!) luckily for us we had the spare money but if you didn’t, it wouldn’t be a good situation. Fortunately, booking.com is refunding the money for us! So the hotel actually did double charge us after saying they didn’t! ||Problems aside, I think the hotel is in a good location for transport links, the staff are friendly just not much helpful, I would only stay here if you are just needing somewhere to sleep. Empezaré con lo positivo, es limpio y el personal dentro del hotel muy amable. Lo primero que me chocó es que cobrasen un día antes de llegar al hotel, la primera vez que veo algo así, lo comenté al recepcionista que se sintió un poco incómodo como si fuera algo de lo que se quejan a menudo... La diversión comienza cuando llegamos a la habitación, al dueño del hotel se le debería de caer la cara de vergüenza, trataré de relatar todas las maravillas del Hotel, aunque lo puedo resumir en que nos fuimos un día antes perdiendo la noche y el recepcionista, otro diferente al del primer día sin decirle nada ya dio por hecho que estábamos molestos por la calidad del hotel. Antes de comenzar con los detalles del hotel, comentar que valoramos la ubicación dado que íbamos en coche y hoteles más céntricos parecía que estaban en zonas de aparcamiento restringido, y probablemente acertamos en ese sentido si no fuera porque debe de ser la zona más cercana al centro con parking libre y es casi imposible encontrar un hueco en horario laborable. Voy a tratar de comentar todo lo nefasto, en primer lugar, felicitar al fotógrafo... Las fotos hacen pensar que el sitio tiene una mejor calidad de la que tiene el hotel en realidad, el tamaño no de la habitación si no de esta junto con el baño son 4 metros cuadrados, y no estamos hablando de una habitación individual, si no de una habitación doble, creo que esto ya es una referencia de la celda que es: Solo hay una mesilla (insisto ¡¡en una habitación doble!!), y un perchero con 4 perchas para 2 personas que van a estar 3 días, pero las desgracias para el que no tenga mesilla no quedarán ahí, ya dije que son 4 metros cuadrados (si llega) para todo, así que te va a tocar dormir a medio palmo de la pared, saltar tus maletas para ir al baño (con tu ropa porque como dije no hay otro sitio donde meterla que en tu maleta), durante la noche, resulta que las puertas tienen un hueco enorme hasta el suelo, que cada vez que alguien enciende la luz en el pasillo se proyecta contra la pared y se refleja contra tu cara. El nulo aislamiento es otra de las maravillas de hotel, donde puedes escuchar a otros huéspedes ducharse o ver la tele. Tele que por cierto recomiendo no ver demasiado tiempo, ya que está en el único sitio donde se podía poner... Pegada al techo con lo que si te pasas mucho rato viéndola acabarás seguro con torticolis. Detalles como que en octubre no hubiera un par de mantas, o un vaso para enjuagarte la boca tras lavarte los dientes muestran el nulo interés por cuidar al cliente por parte de los propietarios, ojalá se interesaran tanto por el bienestar de sus huéspedes cómo se interesan en cobrar. Y con esto pasamos al baño, capítulo aparte, te puedes lavar las manos a la vez que plantas un pino, nos dejaron 2 sobrecitos de 10ml de jabón+champú. En resumen, ha sido la experiencia más desagradable que he tenido nunca en un hotel, asumía en el precio "70€ la noche" que no iba a dormir en el mejor colchón, tener una decoración de revista o las mejores calidades, pero el lugar es tan desagradable para perder una noche de Hotel e irte a otro Hotel... De hecho, solo me arrepiento de no haberlo hecho la noche anterior. Nefasta la poca decencia del propietario...
