Blue Line Apartment Hotel — Hotel in la Vila Joiosa / Villajoyosa

Just returned back from this lovely hotel again this year. Again, fantastic service from the staff. Special thanks to my guy Diego, his time and effort to source a premium room with sea view, one which my wife was happy with, is greatly appreciated. He must have showed us 4/5 rooms when we checked in, just to ensure we were completely satisfied with the room and view. This kind of service is second to none and if every hotel offered this level of guest services, there would be no complaints from anyone. Diego - let’s go for that drink next December 👍 I also want to thank Nicole, your assistance with the sofa bed is greatly appreciated. No matter if it was the start of her shift or the end of it, every time she saw us she would greet us with a smile 😊 We’re hoping to be back next December and will bring more friends with us 😎 All the best guys.

An amazing hotel with exceptional customer service. The hotel is well located just a short walk to the beach and the town centre. The Mountain View’s are scenic, the landscape and topography is exotic. This hotel and location is perfect for tourists looking to get away from busy city life, as it shows a ‘window into Mediterranean life.’ The bars and cafes around the beach are bustling with people singing and being joyous around this time of the year (Xmas). Our apartment was spacious, luxurious and designed for comfort. The balcony view is to die for. With the hot beaming sun shining right at you, you just want to do nothing and sit there! It has a great swimming pool ideally for young children but adults can enjoy a good swim also. It has the best sofa bed I have ever seen, designed for comfort and simply folds and refolds to open/close. I would particularly like to thank Jaime B. For his exceptional welcome and customer service. He greeted us with a big smile and was very welcoming. We had booked a Mountain View room but enquired about upgrading to a sea view room. He kindly offered to show us both apartments so we could make up our own mind. We were blown away by the sea view room so were more than happy to pay the upgrade fee. Jaime B. Also took time to show me the local amenities using the hotel maps, we really did get to explore the area because of this. I would strongly recommend the Blue Line Apartments to everyone, I can’t wait to come back here god willing. Just came back from a holiday with family and friends. Apartment absolutely superb.. massive accomodation, modern and very well appointed!! Kitchens fully equipped, and balcony huge, with great fixtures and furniture. Beds are great, and ventilation superb. View was gorgeous - sea, pool and mountain views, and the stars at night are breathtaking. Easy parking, walking distance to cheap supermarket but has easy parking also, and local to shops/cafe's and short walk (with a view) to beach, small parks for the kids, and into town for food/drink and the sandy beach. Spot on location. Approx 20-30 mins from Alicante airport, and very close to Benidorm and local malls. The staff were superb, Diago and Nicole looked after us very well. Washing can be done easily with the staff providing dishwasher/washing machine tablets etc.. All taken care of. Not overly busy, and private enough for our needs. The pool even in December once uncovered at 9am got warm'ish for the kids by 11, and was usable. Kids loved it and were constantly in/out of it daily. Will definitely be back and will come with more friends and family in future! TV's also are proper smart TV's with amazon/apps and Netflix built in, so plenty to watch and do in the evenings with the kids and for our own downtime. Perfect! Beds comfortable, and even the double sofa bed which we used alternating daily between us.

Our only gripe if being nitpicky: We had a problem with the boiler and hot water in our unit. It would give one shower at normal temp and then go freezing. We complained a few times, and had multiple visits from the onsite maintenance guys who did their best to fix it and remedy it, but it was never quite right, so for a family of five, we had to stagger and plan shower times, and use of the water, which wasn't ideal. We did give this as feedback and the staff couldn't be more helpful, but it seemed beyond repair during the Xmas period from external contractors, so hopefully they can get this sorted before...

We recently stayed in the Blueline Aparthotel for 1 week and we really wish it was longer .

From start to finish the team at the Blueline made sure our stay was enjoyable . The aparthotel itself is spotless , it is modern , clean and is finished to a high standard . The pool area while small is quite contained and private . It is designed as a no fuss relaxing space and does not have the relentless music and noise that usually pierces the peace and quiet in pool areas (not for everyone I know) .

The location of the aparthotel is about 12/15 mins walk from the main beach area . There are 2-3 good restaurants within a 7min walk . The local supermarket is well stocked and is about 7-8mins walk . There are a number of good value local coffee shops within 5mins for a light lunch and great coffee .

The view from the aparthotel are top class ,we had a room on the top floor which afforded wonderful sea views , there are also mountain view rooms , all rooms are finished to a high standard , have almost all modern requirements and are cleaned regularly . Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and plenty of cups, plates etc . The wifi in the aparthotel is excellent which is a help with teenage children .

Every corner of the aparthotel is spotless but the real find is the staff , they could not do enough for use during our stay and met every request with a smile and a “no problem” attitude .

Villajoyosa itself is a quite town and is beautiful , it was lovely narrow streets , lots of restaurants and coffee shops and is not very commercialised , it has a beautiful beach that is not too crowded .

Blueline aparthotel is really a wonderful hidden gem with the staff right across the board making it a really special place .
