Very disappointing experience – unwelcoming to tourists

We had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. There was an available table with no sign or indication that it was reserved. We sat down and waited for about 20 minutes before a waiter finally came to take our order – only to tell us that the table was actually reserved.

When we politely pointed out that there was no sign and no one informed us, his response was that “he knew in his head” that it was reserved. We explained again that this was not visible to anyone and kindly asked if it would be possible to bring out another table (as we had seen them do this for locals earlier). He simply said no.

Throughout the conversation, we spoke in English, but the gentleman responded mostly in Spanish – even though he had spoken English earlier with other guests.

Overall, the staff were unwelcoming and rude towards tourists. We left feeling disrespected and disappointed. Not a place I would recommend if you’re a visitor looking for good service and...

Great little burger place right on the beach. My wife and I have been traveling in Spain for nearly three months. We usually don’t do burgers, but this place looked so inviting and had great reviews. I had the smokehouse burger and my wife had the falafel. We both really enjoyed our meals. The burgers are very good. They would hold their own against some of the best burger restaurants I have eaten at in the US. The premises was really clean (including the immaculate restrooms).

The food might be good, but the service is a five star desaster. You would await, that the waiter brings you the menu AND tells you dishes (of the not so very big menu), which are not available currently. Not here. Here the waitress tells you after you have decided, that the meal is. It available. Also beverage service is mediocre. Waiting for eternity that the order is taken, another eternity to receive it. Orders of tables are mixed, no excuse at all.

I would not recommend the place, before they fixed they service issues.
