MOLDY FOOD/ DEAD BUGS You wouldn't pay me to stay here. When we arrived we were greeted by SO many dead flies on the floor the shower had grime in it and the whole room had an unclean smell. The facilities are okay beds comfy but that’s about it. The next thing the walls are paper thin, I get that this is a party destination but we barley slept from hearing people inside the hotel and out on the streets (we stayed on the 3rd floor pretty high up) Not to forget to mention the god awful food that my friend got sick from. on the first couple nights we ate in the hotel as it’s been payed for. The selection is dire and it’s the same every night. Guessing they use leftovers and put them back out the next day as I found mold in my jelly. The white pasta sauce also tasted sour. Told staff and they shrugged it off didn’t take the rest of the jelly away just left it there. Told reception who said to come back and complain tomorrow, when she’s probably not on shift and doesn’t have to deal with it. So overall, dirty room no sleep moldy food and on top of that we’ve had to pay for food every day that we didn’t expect to.

Your hotel was very nice! Rooms really spacious. But unfortunately the buffet last evening was lovely except the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. Even this morning for breakfast it was cold and the churros were rock hard. Such a shame. We were advised to park our car at the casino which we did unfortunately it was very narrow to drive in so we scraped our car and the man on the reception told us it will cost us 18€ and to show our ticket from the hotel. I asked are you sure that there will be somebody working so we can show it. Oh yes he said. But there was nobody so we ended up paying 25€ instead of 18€. So not such a good visit in the end.

È Vicino a locali.

There are several points to this review.||First, we have been to this hotel many times in the past. Recently in the last 2 years, 2023 and 2024 it has been in decline, hoping things would have improved since last year. Sadly not. The common issue read about this hotel is the noise levels throughout and the thin walls in the rooms, you can literally hear everything next door, and the comments by hotel management stating they will address the issue, but clearly in the 2 occasions over the last 2 years we've stayed here it's still the same. Management has done nothing to improve the noise issue around the hotel|Perhaps a hotel policy to restrict noise after a certain time for the courtesy of other guests?||The quality of clean linen and towels is questionable, we had different towels on different occasions with dried stains.||Thirdly, the smell of marijuana can be smelt on most floors. When you report it to reception when someone in the room next to you is clearly using they say "thanks for letting us know" but again, nothing gets done. There should be zero tolerance on drugs being consumed on...
