The Hotel itself was Nice, from when you walked into the Lobby you could see it was 4*. Location wise it was 15mins on the Bus to the Centre from right outside the Hotel. I honestly wanted to give a 5* rating because I would definitely come back but a few things "Customer service" wise let them down. Firstly I booked Premium Room (B&B). On the first day when we checked in I was given a "Family room" and the reception did not advise me of this. The room was nice but I booked a Premium room based on the differences advertised on their actual Melia website. The room was supposed to have a welcome gift, (It didn't) the room was supposed to have a "View" it was of a Building site. The website stated the Premium room came with Free Mini bar which it didn't (Not even a free bottle of water) no information was given on the safe or times of Breakfast etc at reception and it was only the next morning when I went to query the room was we in, vs what I had paid for based on what was advertised, the reception then explained they had been full the night before and we had been placed in a family room..... My issue was if I had not had raised my concern would they have bothered to move me even though I wasn't in a room I had paid extra for........ They then advised they would upgrade us to a "Level" room for the mistake which was nice but we still never received our Welcome gift even though I raised this when I addressed the room issue? The Level room was nice but the reception said the Mini bar wasn't free even though that's what the actual melia app stated on my room choice? The Breakfast was amazing definitely worth booking. The staff at the Bar and in the Breakfast room had exceptional Customer service, they was friendly and always happy to help. For these reasons and the standard of the Hotel I would definitely return but I had to mark down due to the Reception Customer service and the issue with the Room that only was resolved because I complained to them. It's a shame as they definitely have the potential to...

Overall, I had a positive impression of my stay at Melia, as my colleagues and I were seeking a good hotel near the airport. The hotel excels, particularly in terms of conference organisation and room comfort. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the food was excellent, especially the great cocktails at the bar, which added to the overall experience.

However, a few issues detracted from the stay. Leaving pillowcases draped over the back of a chair, throwing my pyjamas on the suitcase instead of folding them neatly on the bed, and the absence of even a single sanitary pad in the bathroom (I had the Level Suite) for emergencies are minor but important details that undermine the brand Melia is trying to build. Furthermore, after using the tea and coffee in the room, I would have expected room service to replace the teabags or coffee capsules when they ran out, but this was not done.

Additionally, the limited English proficiency of some staff members made communication challenging at times, which is an area that could be improved. I also find it unacceptable that Melia attempts to sell guests large umbrellas when it rains, rather than offering them for rent (even with a deposit could be a solution), particularly when it's clear that no one can take such an umbrella on a plane.

I would also like to add on a positive note that a very nice gesture from the hotel was the welcome tray of cold cuts (which unfortunately I couldn't enjoy, as I don't eat meat) and a lovely small box of violet candies. It was a charming welcome gesture, and it should be appreciated. The access to the LEVEL business centre is also fantastic, providing a comfortable space to work or even grab a...

Hotel meant for business meetings.. Close the airport but otherwise a little distant from the "action". There is public transportation that one can use, the bus takes straight to downtown in 45 minutes and do does the train (but it's a 12 minutes walk away) and at night it's a little inconvenient to walk back from the station though I did not feel unsafe at all at 11-11:30pm walking it multiple times. You can always take a cab for 15-25 euros depending on traffic.

The hotel is big, clean and service is great actually, everyone is very courteous and polite.

The rooms are on the smaller side but yet spacious enough and comfortable. Confy beds (though they place 2 beds together to make a Queen bed, annoying). Small minibar (overpriced like everywhere else). The linen and toiletries are of good quality. Internet is fast but moody, mainly in the rooms. All appeared very clear. Rooms are quiet.

Breakfast was included, if not it's 16euros but it's a Very generous breakfast, better than some hotel that charge much more per room and per breakfast.

Plus there is a nice gym with an attendant (I don't know if he is necessary :)). They have massage /spa rooms but they are not very welcoming; the atmosphere is not nice.. They also built a steam room and Sauna, they look brand new but they were not operational as of yet.. The gym is good by the way, more than your usual hotel gym, barbell, cables, dumbells, many many cardio machines and a spinning room ( a little crowded with equipement one can say).

Overall great hotel if it weren't for...

Great Stay Near Madrid Airport – Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient We picked this hotel mainly for its location near the airport since it was our last day in Spain. After traveling through Madrid and a couple of other countries, this place turned out to be a really good choice. ✨ What I liked: • Comfortable & clean: The room was spotless and very cozy. • Facilities: Enjoyed the minibar and overall amenities. Everything felt well-kept and modern. • Food: We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. We ordered a lot, and every dish was tasty. • Airport shuttle: Super convenient — one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, and it makes departures stress-free. 🛏️ What I didn’t like: The bed setup. They combined two smaller beds instead of one big one, which isn’t my favorite style. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something I’d change. Final thoughts: ✔️ Great location for airport access ✔️ Clean, comfortable, and modern ✔️ Excellent dinner ✔️ Shuttle bus service is a big plus ❌ Only downside: the two-bed setup instead of a larger bed Overall, it was a very good experience and I’d recommend it, especially for travelers looking for a comfortable last stop before flying out.

We stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights on a business trip. My room was automatically upgraded due to them being fully booked. This included more space with table and chairs area. However, the bed was two singles pushed together - unable to sleep across both due to the gap, I had to sleep on the single, which was rather uncomfortable as the mattress kept doming. I would have preferred the original room (which my colleague had) as it had a king size bed. The room came with tea/coffee, slippers, dressing gown, hair dryer and iron/iron board. The breakfast (which I was told I was not allowed to take photos of), was buffet style. They had a selection of meats, sweets, breads, pastries and hot breakfast. The hot breakfast was cold and some of the pastries (marble cake and waffle) tasted stale and dry. However, some of the breakfast (the fruit, yogurts, pancakes and donuts) were very nice. The breakfast teabags were incredibly weak and bad quality. Nice meetings rooms with plenty of water and small snacks. Felt very looked after. My advice is to put on the air con in hot weather. Overall, this stay was okay for a business trip.
