El apartamento aceptable (no hay luz en el baño), sin embargo la atención al cliente lamentable, llamamos para reservar y nos indicó que miraremos todo por la web, a pesar de que intentamos preguntarle dudas nos colgó, reservamos un apartamento con piscina, cuando fuimos a coger las llaves nadie nos explicó nada a pesar de preguntarlo, una vez ya en la localización tuvimos que preguntarle al chico de la limpieza donde esta el apartamento, como ir a la piscina y donde aparcar, nos explicó que tendrían que habernos dado unas tarjetas, volvemos otra vez a la recepción donde nos dieron las llaves y nos dicen que la piscina hay que pagarla a parte y que por problemas de covid solo se puede un día por bloque y con la cantidad de bloques que son, probablemente ni nos tocará esa semana, pero ellas no sabían decirnos que día. Acabamos de estar la semana pasada ( 10 días) , no tiene aire acondicionado y en la habitación de 2 camas no se puede dormir porque la ventana da a un pasillo cerrado y no corre aire, tuvimos que tirar los colchones al suelo y dormir en el Salón al lado de la puerta a la terraza, Además avisamos de que la bañera estaba llena de óxido( subo imagen)y no pude bañar a mi hija pequeña y nos dicen que iba a pasar el de mantenimiento ha echar un producto a ver si se quita, pasaron los 10 días y no ha venido nadie.
