Booked 2 days to look around Rota. Noisy first evening onto street 3rd floor room, in spite of asking for something as quiet as possible. Hotel café open 06.00 go 11.30, very noisy too. On the second morning, [obviously already known to owners when we booked in] they had an enormous crane block the road to carry out a job on the hotel roof. Noise and inconvenience from mid-morning onwards, with large structures being taken off roof and some being added. My partner is elderly and wanted to rest back at the hotel in the afternoon. Impossible. We vacated the hotel at 18.40 with the work still ongoing. The owner refused to refund the second night, even though I had paid in cash. Poor treatment & not at all honest of owners to let guests know in advance the work was in the pipeline. I would have booked the 1 night only, as we arrived in the evening after a long drive. Not recommended.

The hotel is as nice as it's gonna get. Unfortunately the bar creates a noisy crowd, and so close to the rooms you will need earplugs to sleep. The wifi is not good, so don't rely on it. The room itself has good space. The design has a 2000's look. The mattresses are not the best. The bathroom is quite nice and spacious. The TV is very small. There is a mini fridge, no microwave. Lighting is good. If you leave and come back, you must bring your key to the front desk. It may not leave the hotel. There is no scenary, so the view is useless. Price is average for a three star. Location is close to the base, but that's it. Yup.

This place is so overlooked it doesn't look like much in the outside but as soon as you walk in through the glass doors you are greeted by a very friendly staff, they even went as far as offering us two room to see what view we liked better, they went with us all the way to each room. Everything is close by from a convenience store right across the street to the beach being a five minute walk, to a restaurant/bar downstairs. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Booked this hotel last minute and what a find, spent 3 lovely nights here, the room was very clean and comfy (mini fridge included) the shower was super hot and powerful.||The only bad thing was the head board was metal and it was attached to the wall, which whilst we were there came off its hinges, not ideal but we coped!||The hotel itself, the staff are all wonderfully polite and helpful, no matter what time of day/night it is.||The cafe attached is of a good size with outside area and serves traditional spanish tapas throughout the day - breakfasts in this area of spain consist of bread toasted, rub with garlic, put some tomato "jam" on the bread and then some olive oil and a bit of salt - so delicious - you can have some ham with it too if you wish or toast with pate if your not a garlic lover.||We were on the 3rd floor at the front of the hotel, we didn't have any problem with noise at all - and we were there as it happened on one of the many noisey spanish "bank holidays". and our room was right next to the lift!||There is a supermarket on the adjacent corner for some cold drinks etc for the room.||Parking is not a problem on the streets around the hotel, yes you may have to walk a little with your case but its the nature of the area. The beaches and the town are amazing - make the most of this...
