Om palace — Restaurant in Rota

Very nice restaurant, courteous staff. We have visited this restaurant three times over the last couple of months ( the most recent, being a take away order) always ordering the vegetarian dishes ( as we are vegetarian) Sag Aloo, Aloo Gobi and a Dal. On every occasion we find the sauce to be the same. Lacking in seasoning, depth of Indian spice, flavor and very tomato based. Disappointing really. However, the naan bread is delicious and we have no other complaints. We thought it might be helpful to mention, regarding the vegetable dishes so perhaps this could be considered in future...

After much trepidation i share this review. We have eaten here so many times and it has always been great! So naturally we brought a friend visiting from the US. We ordered and cross shared Lamb tekka, mixed tekka, chicken masala and two orders of lemon rice. Within 90 minutes after finishing our dishes all three of us were sick with vomiting and diariha being Terrible side effects. The symptoms contiued into the next day. Its a terrible sensation and embarrasing. I hope it was a one time incident because we truly enjoy...

Today we ordered Indian food from Noor Mahal in Rota for an event on base. The food was ready when we asked and we received it piping hot! Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh. We were able to order our food through Whatsapp and the service was professional and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are a fan of Indian food. You will not be disappointed!
