Menditzu Rooms — Hotel in Sóller

We booked a room in this hotel twice and twice our booking was confirmed by the hotel management. They emailed us twice that they had a double booking and offered us another room. We accepted the other room twice. They emailed us twice the confirmation of the new reserved room. They also canceled our bookings twice after a few weeks and said they had problems with the booking.com calendar and the hotel was full. Located on the GR221 it is important for hikers to have confirmed sleeping places. It looks like a nice place to stay but you can't rely on the management and their confirmation messages.
