After I ordered a chair for 400 euro and I payed as it is the usual way delivery gets pushed back further and further. 2 weeks delivery became 6 weeks now today and it suppose to be delivered now on the 26.10 ( wich is not happening as this is first a sunday and 2. I don even think you able to deliver) WORST PART! NO Customer suport AT ALL! I send 3 mails with official request! last one even with refund request! Getting ignored so we have to include lawyers and police now!! it is one thing to have delivery problems but another one to not even contact customers who payed!! Not even after 3 official comp[lains via mail and web page! All I have is a social media employee who tells me I send a mail to the boss!! yea well long story short! I ordered and payed and now getting ignored and not even refunded! WOW!! Thats dubious at best! And yes I can proof all that!! If the store wouldn't be on the neighbour island!!!! Falls promises and bad customer service !! be aware sorry but I have to go this way now as nobody else answering me...

They didn’t meet any delivery date!! And they don’t inform you about this in advance. And there is nobody in this conforama shop who answers the phone! Phone calls are transferred to Barcelona and terminate after 30 min. The only thing to do is to drive again to conforama and speak to the sales people. And now the dilemma starts again. False promises about delivery times where nobody is coming and so on. You cannot trust on any delivery date so you are always waiting at home hoping that somebody will come. This costs you days!! our smaller closet has never showed up although promised since weeks to be delivered. This is absolutely unacceptable and service hostile!! The only explanation that conforama is not bankrupt is because of their monopoly position....

Fairly large order for new villa, delivery on 25 July late, incomplete & incorrect. Been waiting a week and still no response whatsoever despite 3 emails. They’ve taken our money though! 4 Aug - and still no response. 5 Aug - still no response.
