The hotel itself is nice, but the staff left much to be desired. During check-in, my partner and I (we are two men) kindly asked if there was space available for parking. The response was a curt “no.” I then inquired if there might be availability over the next two days, and the reply was simply, “We are fully booked.” While I understand that availability can be limited, the tone felt unnecessarily dismissive and unfriendly.
We were assigned Room 104, which is close to the street. I politely asked if it might be possible to have a quieter room, as I am noise-sensitive. Again, the response was abrupt and unaccommodating, leaving me with the impression that guest comfort wasn’t a priority. I couldn’t help but feel there was a lack of warmth or willingness to assist us during these interactions.
Unfortunately, my concerns about the noise proved valid. The room was noisy, and I could hear traffic from the street throughout the night. I struggled to sleep, which affected my overall experience. While I understand not every request can be met, a little empathy or effort to find a solution would have made a significant difference.
Would I book this hotel again? Unfortunately, no. Would I recommend it? Also, no. While the facilities were fine, the unwelcoming attitude of the staff left a lasting negative impression, and I couldn’t help but feel that we were not treated with the same respect or courtesy as...
Read moreI booked this hotel back in May using their early booking promotion, which offered a 10% discount. At the time, the rate was non-refundable and non-cancellable, something I accepted in good faith as a trade-off for booking early. However, just before my stay, I noticed the hotel had increased their promotion to 25% off. I reached out to politely ask if they would consider honoring the new discount or applying a credit, given that I had booked well in advance.||Unfortunately, the hotel refused without any consideration for my position. I was told flatly that the booking was final. When I followed up with a phone call, the person I spoke to was shockingly rude, again denying my request with no willingness to listen or engage in a conversation. They simply hung up, a response I find completely unacceptable.||This experience has left a very bad impression, even before my stay. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a hotel punish guests for booking early and show no interest in customer satisfaction. If you advertise early booking benefits, those who commit early should not be penalized for it. The lack of flexibility and poor customer service make it clear that this establishment is more interested in rigid policies than in treating guests fairly. I’m now forced to stay due to the non-refundable policy, but I would not recommend doing business...
Read moreThe stay was ok, but unfortunately I forgot 4 bottles of amenities (my own) in the bathroom when I left. The reservation was under my partners name, so I asked him to call the hotel a couple of hours later when I realized, explaining the situation, they told us they didn’t have anything in their records but would check with the cleaning staff and for sure call back the next day with an answer (not really clear why only the next day, but we patiently agreed). Not only they didn’t call back, we had to call again, only to hear they “didn’t find anything”. Either they threw away 4 FULL bottles of shampoo, conditioner, hair mask and shower gel or they kept them. Either way, it’s not the type of behavior or client service I would expect from this type of hotel - or any hotel for that matter.
Edit after seeing the hotel’s response: If that’s the standard, that’s what you should have told us on the phone the first time we called, not that you’d ask the cleaning staff “if they saw anything” and “call us back”. If I had left shoes or clothes or something else, would you throw it? Don’t you have a lost and found or something? You have the contact details of your guests, you can get in touch if something is left on the room, regardless if is “perishable” or not. It won’t change anything this time, but hopefully...
