Apartamentos Portinatx - Sa Vinya — Hotel in Sant Joan de Labritja

Great appartment, clean rooms, great view, friendly cleaning staff. Even though the location is quite calm, our room was not very soundproof. Especially when someone walks past the bedroom window it sounds like he's standing inside the room. In the night we sometimes heard a very loud quadbike or a loud motorbike (which is probably a problem for itself). However, this was no big deal since it did not happen very often. Unfortunately we had some troubles finding a parking space. First we were told to park in the street behind the appartment (which had no-parking signs whatsoever but still a lot of cars standing there) by a woman working in the restaurant. She could not speak much English, though. Later we asked another person working in the restaurant who made it very clear that we should not park there and we could be fined with up to 200 euros. She explained us that we can park the very next street to the right on public parking spaces which was very kind and worked well. Apart from those little troubles we like our stay here and would definitely recommend it to other people who want to enjoy their holiday in a more calm and natural...

The appartement was good. But the staff whas very noisy. Every morning at 7:15 AM they started the course. the 2 ladies talk loudly and laughed a lot. they didn't think about sleeping guests. an apartment next to us was renovated. from 06:30 AM they are singing and whistling at work there.There is also a parking space next to the apartments. from 6 o'clock in the morning, many cars drive up and down the gravel path.the apartment itself is neat, spacious and clean. it is very unfortunate that there is a lot of noise. the bedroom is right next to the corridor and parking space. and the staff could talk a little softer. that made a huge difference. we slept 5 nights here, and every morning we woke up between 6 am and 7:30 am by the cleaning ladies and parking lotin short, the apartment is good, neat and clean. but if you want to sleep late in the morning, it's better to sleep somewhere else. are you an early bird. then this is...

Brilliant location in beautiful Portinax. Based in several different small buildings. Just down the hill is a fantastic thia/chinese restaurant. The access to the apartments requires walking up several flights of steps. Not bad..but if you are elderly or have small children it might get tiring. Great view from some apartments and small pool at top of hill and another by the Thai restaurant....
