I went to dinner with my husband, he ordered a pizza and I ordered the pepper beefsteak. We ordered the calamari to start. The calamari did not have any type of seasoning, and they have no calamari sauce so they serve it with mayo. Food was way below average quality, and when I complained that my dish was too chewy, the owner flat out said "I don't believe you because I just tried it"! He tried my food before bringing it out, then accuses me of lying? Then he angrily throws my silverware on my plate and takes it away, not even offering to bring me a menu to select something else (I only had one bite of the bloody tasting chewy meat). I sit there while my husband eats his mediocre pizza that wasn't prepared according to his liking at all, and no one comes to check if we still need or would like to order anything else. We call on them for the check, and the owner says "I didn't charge you for the steak even though I should have"! I have never been treated this rudely by anyone in the customer service industry, and I honestly don't understand how this place is still in business. The pizza wasn’t a frozen product, which was a nice surprise, though don’t expect an authentic pizzeria-style pizza. It was tasty enough for a decent 4 stars—albeit a bit greasy. The chicken tacos were flavorful, though the portion size was slightly smaller than anticipated. The salad was fresh and enjoyable, and the shrimps exceeded expectations.

Overall, this restaurant offers good value for money. Our lunch, including drinks for five people, was reasonably priced considering the location and category.
