Hostal Boutique Salines — Hotel in Sant Josep de sa Talaia

I am extremely disappointed and feel the need to share my experience.||In November 2024, we booked two hotel rooms for June 2025 to ensure we were well-prepared and could look forward to the wedding we are attending in Ibiza. We booked early for peace of mind, only to find out last week that the hotel had canceled our reservation without any warning or contact whatsoever.||Yes, we received an immediate refund, but that’s the bare minimum. There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to help us find an alternative—meanwhile, prices have skyrocketed compared to when we originally booked.||We called the hotel multiple times, and while the receptionist was friendly and clearly not at fault, the owner repeatedly promised to call me back but never did.||I cannot speak about the accommodation itself, but this is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never seen a hotel cancel a fully paid reservation out of nowhere, let alone without even the courtesy of informing the guests.||The fact that they made zero effort to communicate with us or assist in any way is simply...

I came in to have lunch on my way to Ses Salinas beach. I heard most places had already shut down end of season on the beach so tried this place. |Looked very pretty and inviting and seemed promising at first…|I had to wait ages for someone to bring a menu having had to ask for one in the first place.|I asked about the Chicken Caesar Salad… if it was with hot grilled chicken. I ordered it as she said yes. When it came I had 4-5 thin slivers of cold tasteless chicken slices on top of an unappealing salad with a dollop of dressing on top!||Not happy, I told one of the waitresses that the chicken was cold? She was defensive with me and said that was standard for the dish (which is rubbish!) The other waitress was just as rude saying I’d asked about another Chicken dish??! ||Eventually I was offered to change to the other hot grilled chicken dish, which was bland dull unimaginative and a very small piece of Chicken with a heap of boring boiled potatoes!||Definitely will...
