Good location but it's way too expensive for the offer. |They charge you unexpected fees for cleaning and VAT after the check-in and they mislead you with photos that don't represent the real state of the place. The terrace is super small and its toilet very dirty. |The studio, which costs 74€ per night, is empty - 3 glasses for 3 people? Come on, if I want to invite a friend, we have to drink from the same glass? We wanted to cook and the pan was dirty. Two coffee cups were offered for the coffee machine. Out of a total 800€ we paid? Seriously! And when we arrived there weren't linens for the sofa placed but we had to call Lorena, search for the linens ourselves in the studio and make the bed ourselves because 'the cleaning lady forgot to do it'. And we're paying 800€! |The lift broke and we weren't told anything, so when we came back from grocery, we had to carry our bags up to the top floor. And the best still has to come: they have a 30L boiler, meaning that one of us was not able to shower. And when questioned, their answer was that we had to take it into consideration and shower faster...800€!|So unless you are a rich traveller, willing to do all yourself (cleaning and tidying up included), this is the place for you, but if you're a family whose standard are not set to an unreasonable price of 800€, choose...

I just have to denounce this structure. The management and the behavior they have had towards me I hope it does not happen to others. I stayed a month ago in this structure and on my arrival in the apartment I found cockroaches and ants. they created discomfort for 3 days, the first night I slept with cockroaches in the house! the second night they gave me a lower standard replacement room. on the third night I was guaranteed to have cleaned the apartment, but it still had dead cockroaches inside. I requested a refund, agreed and never happened. they also took 197 euros from my card without authorization which still have to be refunded. a nightmare . they don't answer my calls and messages. maybe they will...

El Canary Loft de Santa Cruz, Tenerife no merece ni 1 sola estrella, la razón? Reserve del 13 al 19 de febrero, las fotos se corresponden con las publicadas en diferentes portales de reservaciones pero hay un detalle que no dicen por ningún lado, el ruido. Este sitio es un edificio que era de apartamentos y lo convirtieron en habitaciones para rematarlo, la verdad es que de aspecto esta bien pero se escucha todo. Si alguien pasa con una maleta la vas a escuchar sin importar el piso en donde estés, si estornuda una persona se escucha si alguien abre la llave del agua p se ducha, se escucha, cuando comienza el colegio que está en la calle del frente, se escucha como si estuvieras acostado en el patio del mismo. Si hay una parece teniendo relaciones sexuales, la vas a escuchar. Definitivamente no es un sitio familiar, es un lugar económico para "tratar de dormir" y seguir tu camino.

El día 14 de febrero 2019 me comunique con Aracelys la encargada y le manifesté lo mismo que relató aquí, ella me autorizó a ir me sin problema, dejar la habitación. Procedí a irme a un hotel para evitar pasar por los mismo. También me dijo que regresaria el dinero restante de las noches que no disfrute aunque la primera noche si dijo que no podía devolverlo y me pareció justo. Pasaron los días y no contesto más, hoy 20 de febrero le escribimos y su respuesta fue que no podía devolver nada del dinero así que tengan cuidado y si es posible no se queden en este sitio, no es recomendado, al parecer Aracelys es una tomadura puesto que nadie promete devolución y se desaparece hasta que piensa que se puede salir con la suya.

Aracelys, espero me regreses el dinero de inmediato o me dedicaré a escribir en todas las plataformas online mi experiencia en el Canary Loft, cumple tu palabra y de esa manera evitas problemas.
