Casablanca Hotel Studios — Hotel in Santa Marta de Tormes

This is an Hotel in Salamanca, but not in the city center. We went there with our 2 kids (1 and 4 years old) and got an room with a small living room + kitchen, a sleeping room and a bathroom. The room was clean, but we found some stains on the bed sheets. There is also some room for improvements related to the walls and finishings (see pictures). We didn't get how to turn on the heating, they told us to pit it on "1" but somehow it didn't work. However, even if the living room was really cold, the sleeping room was warm enough. The bed was comfortable, it seems to be made with something like memory foam. One of the windows in the kitchen couldn't be properly closed and you could feel the cold air entering. Una pena pero no volvere Un ruido por la mañana horroroso piensas q hacen demoliciones Nada cuidadosos con las puertas y con los ruidos . La puerta al cerrar pinsas q va volar de tanto ruido q mete No se dan cuenta poner un tope algo

Me levante asustada de tantos golpes Habitacion nr 1 horroroso , te comes todo el ruido cuando sacan los perros a las 5 de la mañana , cuando suben y bajan y sobre todo cuando se cierra la puñetera puerta. Hay muelles q cierran las puertas apenas se nota pero se nota q no miran por el bienestar de los clientes. La de la recepcion la chica, en vez de contestar con sentido común e intentar tomar nota a las molestias del cliente va y levanta el tono encima. Para cara al vliente desdeluego q no esta.

La limpieza y el colchon correcto.

Contestando a su contestacion sin sentido. Un buen anfitrion tomaria nota y SOLUCIONARIA EL PROBLEMA. Como se nota q estais ahy solo por FACTURAR. De echo sois- un alojamiento mas del monton- Cualquer establecimiento q de verdad le importa el BIENESTAR del cliente soluciona el problema . Mira las camaras, hoy a q hora ha entrado por la puerta el personal de la recepcion , mira las camaras como he tocado 5 veces en la puerta a ver si hay alguien a las 8:20 h asi q total no volvere porque no destacais en NADA ....un ruido espantoso en el baño si vamos hablar tb de ruidos Chorrea el agua ahy por el tubo q piensas q es el Arca Noe asi que la solución , te la voy a dar yo , ya q tb trabajo con PERSONAS y miro muchisimo a q el cliente se marche contento. Afloja el muelle y problema resuelto o suelta 30 e del bolsillo y compra uno nuevo. Y a la chavala de la recepcion mas educacion y menos levantar la voz y gesticular . NO TENEIS INSONORIZACION.

Delightful studio hotel, clean and friendly. Monica was very helpful too. Underground parking free but a squeeze to get into. Complimentary tea and coffee at reception was nice. We will use again as it is so close to Salamanca. There are even some bars/restaurants nearby.

Stopped again in April 23. Much the same, clean and bright but now the complimentary drinks are in the room and limited to 2! Watch out for the hard as bricks towels, you could shred your skim with them! A bit noisy inside as you can hear other guests. Helpful staff member but overall rating dropped...
