I stayed here for one month while I looked for an apartment. Pros: The apartment had everything I needed for the month (I only bought my own kitchen towels, a fan, more hangers). It's clean, modern, and located near the tram, the university etc. The gym next door is free for Kora residents, and it's very nice, good classes etc. For long-term stays, they clean your room and change your linens once/per week. If you have a car, you can park right in front of the sushi place temporarily (it's not very obvious, but there is room for 2 cars to load/unload there or ask them to let you into the garage to unload your things, then find a free parking spot outside of the city (see below). The price per month is about on par with what apartments cost in this city (not cheap, but fair, the longer you stay at Kora, the lower the monthly prices is). Cons: I am not sure why, but they make you fill out a google form to share a bunch of personal details about yourself (your interests, your personality, why you want to live there) before you can book for long-term, they never used any of that information, I expected a little more "community" atmosphere based on the advertising, it's basically just a hotel with a front desk and a bunch of spaces where you can work and lounge (just like any other hotel). The fact that you cannot open the window was a real drawback in my opinion (I undersand it's because of the design of the "passivhaus" but the room could get stuffy and. there was no air flow, and at times the temps were pretty high). It would be helpful if they would take a little more time to explain how things work when you first arrive, especially if you're "living" there for a month, for example you need to use your code to access the roof (not your key), the fan for the stovetop is a little tricky to find (so I steamed up the room on my first attempt to boil pasta), there is recycling and garbage out on the street if you need to empty your bins between cleanings, also there are a lot of free parking lots for your car on the edges of Vitoria, you can find them by googling "Vitoria Parkings gratuitos y disuasorios" or you can find spots with dashed white lines (this would have been helpful to know in advance or...
Read moreWe loved our stay at the Kora Green Hotel! The room was excellent and had all the conveniences we could need, including a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean and modern. We also enjoyed the small rooftop pool, which offered a fantastic view—perfect for relaxing.|The breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of items to choose from. There was something for everyone, and the quality was consistently high.|Another thing that made our stay truly memorable was the exceptionally kind and helpful attendants at the front desk. We had so many questions about the area and what to do—we were probably a bit of a handful! But every question was answered with patience, kindness, and courtesy. Beatriz, Montse, and Aeida were especially wonderful and went out of their way to help us. We’re very grateful for their...
Read moreJust what I was hoping for, an oasis of calm, close to the centre of Vitoria. We paid a bit more to get a room on one of the higher floors and it had a lovely view across the city and to the mountains beyond. The view from the rooftop terrace is even better and you can sunbathe up here, or splash in the mini-pool. Very comfortable, quiet room, great staff. I also enjoyed the free gym access to the Dreamfit next door - the best gym I've ever been in. The breakfast looked good but not amazing. But no-doubt worth the 9,50€ if you were hungry or in a rush. The only negative point about this hotel for me is that 2 lifts are not enough, you end up waiting a while and they stop often. Ignoring that small niggle, this is a very modern...
