Khai & Mui Helsingborg — Restaurant in Helsingborgs kommun

Came to Khai & Mui for the lunch buffet. The food is quite similar to other Asian buffets in Sweden, with rice, spring rolls, sushi, chicken, beef, ribs, fried banana & ice cream for dessert, etc. The quality of the food is average, but as it's an all you can eat buffet for 149 kronor (including coffee and dessert), you may find it good value for money if you're very hungry. When I was there, the restaurant was very crowded with a lot of people. While I saw hand sanitizer in a couple of places, unfortunately not many people serving themselves at the buffet were actually using it. Buffet restaurants such as Khai & Mui are probably not the best place to go during the winter season when there are usually a lot of colds, flu and (more recently) covid...

We came around the time they opened on Saturday, but some how some of the fried food was already cold. It was fine though because they made a new batch pretty fast, but I did end up throwing out the cold ones, which isn't so fun since it's a waste of food. The food was pretty tasty, my husband liked it more then I did, I feel like the quality wasn't so good. - - Especially not for how much money it costs. Almost 500 kr for myself, husband and our 2 year old kid. I'm sorry to say - but we won't be returning anytime soon. The girls that were working there right now (I believe they are summerworkers) were very nice and accommodating, so a big plus there. - Also nice that you can get ice cream (mjukglass)...

Good food and good price. But there was a very interesting thing happened. One day, I went there with my Greek friend. The cashier could be the second generation immigrant from China, but when I spoke mandarin with the her, she ignored me and turned her face into my Greek friend and spoke Swedish to her! The funny thing is that my friend doesn’t speak Swedish but only bc her Caucasian appearance! It was so rude and disrespectful! The next time I went to eat there, the waitress spilled sauce to the two chairs when she removing plates. Talked to a staff and he told the owner but no body tried to apologize. Very disappointed and won’t...
