Central Station Hostel — Hotel in Norrköpings kommun

I think room price should be cheaper because this hostel is very noisy and there is no reception in the afternoon. I thought to book room from quiet park side but they gave me a room from noisy train station side. There is rooms both sides I got noisy side room. Room was not so clean there was old smelly bathroom and dust left. No table in room but when booked saw a photo of two tables but there was no table in the room I got. I think photos lied they show better photos then didn't get what paid for. There was a sign on door guests must clean the room but usually hostels got cleaners. Price was not the most cheap. No washing machine in room there is only washing machine in closed locked reception. I came here for sleeping quietly but not possible, washing clothes also not possible, getting table possible only possible in kitchen. Stations is noisy. Difficult to get in because there is locked doors then must ask details before arrival how to get in. Zero services. Price has been expensive when compared didn't get what ask and paid for. Hostel could be better if kept well but was not to me. Balcony and kitchen only positive things here but...

This hostel is located in the house of the railwaystation. In a charming old building. I had a single room with shower and wc. Very nice. Comfortable bed. There is linnen for the bed lying on the bed - so you do your own bed, and when you leave you take it off and just put it on the floor. ||Its was breakfast included in the price. Very simple one. Youghurt, musli, bread, cheese, ham, coffe tea, juice and oats. ||My room was located against the train-tracks - but it was not disturbing, there are no nighttrains passing. ||I would warmly recommend this hostel. Its a good place to stay for the price. ||And its walking-distance to the center of the town....

Terrible experience – felt like a scam. The price initially seemed good, but once we checked out, we were charged an additional 300 SEK (around €30) just because two people were staying in a room with a double bed. That extra fee more than doubled the original room cost! It was never made clear during booking, and the staff tried to justify it by claiming that since it’s a hostel—not a hotel—the double bed was only meant for one person unless explicitly booked for two.
