Trattoria Gabriel is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and so welcoming. The ambience is perfect, with warm lighting and a cozy vibe that makes you want to stay forever.

Special shoutout to Chef Isco for creating absolute magic with the pasta—it was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. It’s clear there’s a lot of love and skill behind every dish.

And can we talk about the waitress? She was the best ever—kind, charismatic, and made us feel like VIPs. She truly elevated the entire experience. To top it all off, the owner put on a fantastic show with the pizza dough! It was such a fun and unexpected highlight that added a personal and entertaining touch to the evening.

We had a pleasant evening here at Trattoria Gabriel and were welcomed by the amazing staff. Our chef today was Isko, the food was very delicious. For appetizers we had gamberi, vitlökbröd and calamari. For the pizza we chose Ox pizza. We had three different pastas and each was amazing. Lovely vibes and such a lovely find. We were already super hungry and the plates went back empty because everything was top notch. The pizza dough was stunning. Thank you Isko for the most amazing food. Went there 2 times with the family! On day 1 tested their pizza selection. The dough was super nice and pizzas was served on wooden trays, which helps to keep the dough crisp.

On day 2 we went thru the pasta menu. I had a seafood pasta that had mussels, srimps and lots of garlic. Superb with some cold Peroni that they serve in big 0.6 liter bottles.

Very good food & atmosphere - made and run by the owners.

PS. The 'Don' is also a bit of pizza celebrity.. he has won pizza dough throwing competitions and won an award from his dessert pizza...
