I liked our room, we had the garden at our balcony for our kid this was a big plus. The lotti and Tsé fung were both having a great meals, I specially appreciated the service and the food recommendations of the chinese restaurant. the kids club does great job our voiturier was really providing great service and he was so pleasant they have all what you need for your babies
— around 25% of the staff doesnt communicate professionally or neglect the clients. Definitively the communication has too many flaws, not all the staff will treat you professionally or at the level of Luxury Swiss hotels, it become almost a culture for some, and I have tons of examples unfortunatly: for example when they have to confirm, they don’t, they do the job but not inform you, so you have always to ask again, in some cases like we had technical issue in the room, i called 3 times to know the status, and at the end one guy came and says “ this is technical” with a tone “it is not my job”, and saying this is Sunday! (technical guy doesnt work) …with really unprofessional way…they should be trained to speak to clients In the lotti- for a lunch we got excellent serivice with one guy, and at one dinner they never wants to come to bring drinks, same for the bill, and the dinner the waiteress was just careless and never coming… — in addtion, we hired a baby sitter to watch our baby, which they booked very well with competent lady, but the whole afternoon and evening a dog was locked down in the next room and barking like hell, and my baby couldnt sleep. we called them at 17:00, to inform we have a baby who needs to sleep tonight at 20:00, and this should stop before, It didnt look they did anything, I had to get out from our birthday dinner in the middle and insist strongly that they have to act… but this was mainly the fault of the client who doesn't care, I believe the hotel doesnt have great politics to avoid this situation, at the end the staff removed the dog from the room by themselves. the kids club had always 2 or 3 maximum carers, and the number of kids to come is illimited… I saw there a huge number of kids/babies, and this is not normal based on swiss law…I recommend if you see it empty it is fine to leave your baby, otherwise I suggest to avoid, but the ladies working there are doing super job, the only issue that they re so little, impossible to take care of all this number of kids. Bottom line: In general it is good place for families with mainly excellent staff but with flaws here and there, completely inconsistant quality, If you can accept the little arrogance, miscommunication, and sometimes the neglect of some workers - it will not bother you, if you are used to very high level luxury hotels… I...
