I booked this through AMEX. We checked in late at night, almost midnight. The location is good, not the best. Grocery store is right next to the hotel. There aren't many boutique stores in this shopping complex, just mostly grocery. If you are looking for some boutique/luxury stores, it'll be about 35-45 mins away. I booked a room for 3 adults, no breakfast. There were 2 complimentary bottled water provided upon check in. They provided 2 sets of towels. Would've been nice if they provided three since that's how many people I booked the room for. We stayed for 2 nights and I did not ask to make up the room, so I just requested a new set of towels the following night. Room service is only at a certain time, so make sure you request this early, otherwise, you'll have to pick it up in the front desk like I did. The room was a little dim, not enough lights in my opinion. Some people would probably prefer that. The carpet was dated. The headboard was dated and you can tell because it was already stained. I didn't notice until the morning because of the dim room. The carpet is brownish-red and stained. I wouldn't walk on it bare foot. The pillow cover and comforter looked clean until you get a peek of what's inside. Actual pillows are already yellowish and it was uncomfortably soft (thin and almost no support at all). The comforter was ok and warm except it is also yellowish under the cover. I hope they had just chosen a cover that wouldn't expose the actual pillow/comforter inside. I had 2 comforters folded in neatly on the bed. Looks as if it's one per person and they disregarded the fact that the room is for 3 adults. Most hotels would have a free use of facilities, like the gym. Not this one. There's a fee to use. There's no water fountain for drinking and no ice machine for guests to use. You have to request ice from the bar on the first floor and if you do, they will only give you a glass of ice. I actually asked more so I don't have to keep coming downstairs, the bar tender actually told me (looking annoyed) to go to the pizza restaurant. In all fairness, the lady from the restaurant gave me a small bowl of ice which is an upgrade to the glass of ice. Drinking water and ice would've been standard even for 3 star hotels. Airport shuttle is with a fee. when I asked how much, the receptionist wasn't sure if it was 50CHF per person or per trip so I don't know. I decided to just book an Uber. If given a choice, I'd rather...

Every staff member who responded did so within an hour, providing detailed information regarding pickup costs, timing, and meeting points. Upon arrival, the night staff was courteous and understanding of our fatigue from travel. They expedited the check-in process efficiently so we could quickly get to our room and rest.
Please note: the hotel places a temporary hold of €54 on your credit card as a deposit, which is released a few days after check-out. Additionally, a €31 city tax is payable at check-out.

There is also a post office close to the hotel that offers currency exchange services, which was a helpful bonus for international travellers.
