Unfortunately the worst hotel experience ever in all of the many countries visited.

We arrived late and the initial room was damp and had a terrible smell so we requested to change. After some push back from the staff to say there was no suitable room available they eventually put us in 404 (those that know the culture know what that means). This room was also damp but a little better and as it was now very late we felt we had no choice but to accept the room.

This room was infested with cockroaches and ants with dead insects in obvious places so it's surprising that this hotel can pass a basic cleanliness regulation.

On check out the staff were unapologetic and arrogant. A truly awful experience you would not expect from a 20USD hotel never mind a 200USD which is what was paid.

對於訂了房後才發現這麼多負評的我是覺得我運氣還不錯啦☺️ 分享一下我自己覺得中肯的感想： 我預定的是一間雙人房，兩小床的商務房型，11/22入住，房號是710，房價含早餐也贈迎賓下午茶。 「停車」 首先剛抵達飯店，門口就有個戴眼鏡的小弟弟引導停車場位置，蠻貼心的，車我沒有停地下，而是停在正後方的平面停車場，看標示可以直接由後方大門穿越走到大廳的設計蠻方便的。 「櫃檯/迎賓下午茶」 櫃檯小姐就很基本，跟大家的評論說的一樣，他們真的不會特別多講什麼，有問才會答，但他們也沒怎樣，可能教育訓練沒有特別告訴他們要怎麼體現質感服務吧！ 眼鏡小弟弟有再進來跟我們打招呼，雖然他看起來還沒什麼經驗但我覺得他很棒👍🏻 / 迎賓下午茶還不錯吃，原本覺得不能外帶到房間很不方便，但後來發現甜點內容是熱熱的熔岩+冰淇淋，必須當下吃才好吃！ （但負責的人員也不會特別講什麼，就只說不能帶去房間😅） 「房間」 一打開房門我鬆了一口氣，因為不是我網路上看到的房間，比我原本以為的還要再大間一點，整潔度、水壓、洗手乳、浴缸整潔、水漬、毛巾破、空調不穩等等的我都沒有遇到，一切都還蠻不錯的！ 房間色調暗我覺得還可以，是可以讓人好好休息的色調，大概是設計師的理念吧！反正有落地窗白天拉開就行了。 至於隔音嘛～我早上跟睡前是有聽到少少的幾次關門聲，講話聲倒是還好沒什麼感覺。 「遇到的缺點」 我早上把窗簾拉開，在書桌照著鏡子吹頭髮的時候吹風機頭不小心掉到我腳邊，我一撿起來瞬間飛起超多大的棉絮，不是那種細細的棉絮喔，是灰塵積很厚你突然去驚動到它們的那種，我當下實在蠻傻眼，你說在桌底下我覺得還情有可原，但是在我們椅子拉開放腳的地方我就覺得很母湯了！ 「早餐」 他們早餐其實蠻好吃的，選擇也多，但他們只是沒有擺的很高級，所以可能給人一種還好的感覺😆有統一布丁我感到很開心❤️ 「結語」 其實不管哪一種住宿環境，整潔是首要條件，你住很舊的住宿也好、很簡易的背包客棧也好，任何一種型態的旅館首要條件就是乾淨！ 我覺得如果一個旅館連清潔都做不確實，而且我們入住的日子已經不是旅遊補助期間了，所以我真的覺得沒有理由做不好清潔，...
