昨天因慶生訂了等級較高的西提牛排，覺得這家服務跟品質是值得在這邊留個紀念，一進門服務人員態度親切，到了點餐時，我跟男店員詢問說：牛排的部份有什麼可以介紹嗎？ 男店員態度有點輕浮的回：本批牛排他都覺得還好。 就不在多做解釋，後續用耳mic對著另一位同事說：一個先來幫我點餐。 換了一位女店員，我一樣詢問有介紹的牛排嗎？她的仔細介紹本身少吃牛排的她，因為同事、客人都有推薦法蘭克牛排，她本身吃了也覺得肉的口感比較好一點，我立刻就點了這一份。 最後在快2個小時的用餐，除了主餐吃到的時候是一小時左右，其它後續服務上都是不錯的，但在中間過程中有聽到女店員跟另外一桌客人說：今天人手不足，所以出餐慢了一點，實在很抱歉。 ...
