We were at the buffet restaurant for an employee dinner. Overall it was better than it has been in the past because not as busy. 😉 🍺🍻🍺I wasn't drinking the draft beer but other people were and even though the buffet closes at 9:00 p.m. the keg was empty before 8:30 or 40 and it wasn't replaced. Also a lot of things like the cold meats and cheeses were on a very small platter and it was constantly empty. 👉👉 It would be really nice to see some salads that are not fish and seafood related. People like other kinds of salad as well without seafood in them because people like me don't eat seafood and fish.👈👈 It was good to have people wearing the gloves for using the serving spoons. But not everyone was following that requirement and the staff were definitely not enforcing it or telling people to put on a glove. Only giving 3 stars because I think some of the items need to be improved as far as the size of the dish or platter like I mentioned. I also think that the salad area needs to be improved upon - not only having Caesar salad as the one non-seafood item. The roast beef and ham were really nice. The fresh fruit was nice, but not a very big selection- only watermelon, oranges, pineapple and guava. ❓❓The mashed potatoes 🥔🥔 tasted to me like they were instant potatoes so I'm curious if the hotel restaurant will come back to inform me if they are instant or real mashed potatoes❓❓ 🚙🚘Nice to have free car parking in the B1 and outside. Although the parking spaces are quite difficult to get in according to how other people park. Last thing to mention is that there is nowhere for women or anyone to put their bags. You have to end up leaving them on the floor because you can't hang them on the chairs, there's no baskets provided (as many other restaurants give) and there's no hooks on the edges of the table to hang your bags. Just a suggestion that perhaps the management can consider offering baskets to people if they would like to put their bag into one instead of having to put them...
Read moreThe CP value is considered high, but I probably won’t make a return visit next time😆Maybe the flow of people during the summer vacation is too scaryThe parent-child facilities are located in b1 of the Champs Pavilion. The overall facilities are quite oldFrom Planet Carle, the little rainbow, the swimming pool, and the ball pool, the light is dimPersonally, I think the hotel is focusing on parent-child restaurants recently. But: Messy moving lines, dim lighting, old facilities, and obvious smell from the air conditioner all make people feel that it can be betterEspecially the ball pool is very messy, we took the children away after a short stayOnly one employee was seen in the racing areaIt's super dangerous for a lot of big kids to run in itIt can be felt that the entire hotel is obviously insufficient in manpower. There is only one elevator in b1 when you arrive and it is under renovation so you have to climb the stairs yourself14:00 to CIYou can store your luggage first, but the temperature in the entire lobby is so hot that it seems that the air conditioner is not turned onWe have lived in Suao YanboYilan Lake and Hsinchu LakeHsinchu is considered the worst breakfast among them.It was so bad that we quickly gave up picking up the food and only ate fried eggs and milk before checking out.But it must be said that the bed is good for sleeping, and the room is very spaciousThe water pressure in the bathroom is strong and the temperature is stableThere is no coffee table in the room, only two mini side tablesCan only place items on the sofaThe most amazing thing is the Chinese restaurant ZuiyuelouEvery dish is delicious and the service attitude is super...

I have to praise their dedication towards customer service and providing better quality stay in the future. Their management contacted my wife and I several times to make sure we weren’t left dissatisfied. I’m glad they have such a wonderful management that cares about the guests and has taken our concerns wholeheartedly. Thank you for your customer services. I’d rate their customer service a 10/5 *s.
We decided to stay at this hotel for its rating from others and it’s services. To begin, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. But, if you’re expecting to have quality food or even a good night rest, avoid staying at this hotel. As we were going to sleep at 10pm, we could hear other guests washing their hands. The water running was nonstop. In addition, at about midnight we were listening to another family below us singing happy birthday, and possibly around 2am, a baby had fallen out of their crib and cried nonstop. We recorded all of this and notified the front desk. For the price tag and rating this hotel has. we expected more than what we got and were extremely disappointed. The guest services tried to rectify the situation with a gift of popcorn. Also, the breakfast provided tasted fresh out of a fridge since it was so cold in the room, only warm/hot dish was the coffee. Even that tasted low quality. So to receive a gift of popcorn only shows the true value of our family trip in the new year to this hotel...
